    I started meditating,again, when I quit drinking for January. Dryuary. Can’t stop! Love how it helps focus my monkey mind. I’m loving the speakers, and resonate with what I am learning. Makes me want to get up in the morning to listen, have my zen coffee hour. Thank you! Keep adding pertinent people, and interviews on your podcast. 🙏👍💕💋

    I’ve tried many other mediation apps in the past and none of them have explained meditation as well as 10% Happier. As I went through the Basics series every time I had a question pop up about meditation it seemed like it was answered in the next video or so. I also love the variety of teachers in this app. Their range of voices and teaching styles is perfect. I frequently use the anxiety meditations I have bookmarked. Thanks to the coverage of this topic, I am learning how to quickly redirect my thoughts and know what to focus on besides my breath (when I’m close to a panic attack focusing on the breath is the opposite of what I should do). A sincere thanks to the entire team at 10% Happier for building this app into what it is today! I hope I get to meet one of the wonderful teachers from this app one day 😊

    I really like how the application gives you many choices of meditation minutes and ways to be aware of the moment. It has too much information that I know with all these tools I will learn to make it part of my life style. The price is a little higher than what I expected but if I am planning to use this app in a daily basis I think it is pretty fair. I started with the monthly payment and by then I will know if I will get good use of it or not. Hopefully I can get the chance to buy the yearly membership vs the monthly payment. I love the concept of meditation I just need to make it as one of my priorities in life!

    Would love to see a search function (on key words). And some meditations for athletes or sports performance would be a great addition. Thank you for a wonderful app with so much information on mindfulness and meditation.

    Trying to start meditation as someone who is completely new and open to the concept. Met with constant roadblocks of needing to purchase meditations for specific things that I would like to focus on. If I’m not completely sold on mediation as a remedy for my internal issues, why would I immediately subscribe for a monthly fee? Nothing like throwing additional anxiety into the mix, whilst trying to be open minded, and excited to learn. Also I don’t like that you are assigned a coach who claims to not be a robot, but sends automated messages when I didn’t even ask a question. I really got too excited about the concept, and maybe paying for the full version would help, but how am I supposed to know that from the sample size I am given? Great idea, terrible introduction..

    Love this app! The guided meditations are incredible, and unlike Headspace, you have a plethora of teachers to choose from. Each one offers their own interesting take on meditation, so it keeps the practice fresh. Really dig that aspect. Wish the app itself was easier to navigate. It’s a bit Byzantine, and needs some serious UX work to make it shine. TLDR: Great content, medium presentation.

    I have tried other mindfulness apps but this is the best. I use it every day. There is so much there at first I was overwhelmed by all the content, now appreciate all the app has to offer. I bought the subscription after trying it out.
