  • I loved the trail version but the premium version not

On my trail version I had the settings set to block all calls that are known or suspected spam. All calls went to voice mail without ringing. Once I went to premium this feature quit working and now the phone rings even though the caller ID shows it as known are suspected spam. I will not be renewing. Too bad it doesn't work as well as the free version.

Stopped working after they added the "premium" feature, which just charges you monthly for features that used to be free and service that was sometimes spotty to begin with. No thanks!

WS a great app but it’s now changed. Now you have to pay for “premium”. To get info on unrecognized numbers. Hard to tell what to block now.

This uses data from subscribers to identify numbers, so it can do a lot more than the official reverse phone book app. If only people would put all real names in their address books. But if it works, it's great! It used to be free which made it the BEST, but now it’s a real expensive subscription and I’m so disappointed. I can’t afford it when I only need a few numbers per month. Steep price, Hiya!
  • Now Hiya decides to charge?

Really, Hiya? You are charging a monthly subscription fee now for a service that you previously offered for free? What exactly is it about this app NOW that requires this additional fee? What have you improved on? What additional features have you added? When it was free, the information provided about the callers you identified was minimal. Most of the time, all I got was a location, sometimes a name with the message “suspected spoofing” or similar. The calls that you did identify as spam still came through, even though you identified them as suspicious. So, what are you doing different to warrant my money? AT&T makes a much better app for free. Additional, I would now use a competitor app just because they are upfront with costs.
  • Your app.

I loved your App for what it did for me but now I have to pay to get the name of the number of the perpetrator that is giving me a bad day from unwanted disruptive calls. Thieves and thugs that are steeling anything that is possible from innocent rich and poor people need to be prosecuted to the extent of the law. Until you change and restricted my usage to be able to get names from these unwanted calls. I was working on patterns from these calls and researching where most of the calls were generally 𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐜𝐨coming from. I'm am disabled and can't work, so the disruptive calls began getting on my nerves in a way only you can know because of the business that you're running. But there are people like me that is trying to help your business in a way that you probably had not thought of. I hope you understand that I don't have the money to pay for the upgrade but I would if I could. Thank you for lending your ear and take time to thank of anyway that you can change my App. to a way it is more helpful to me so I in return can help you.
  • Not worth it.

Pay for what used to be free. The App depends on the users for info and is only effective part of the time. It doesn’t really block or stops the annoying calls and now its becoming much like the phone telemarketers I’ve been trying to avoid.
