  • Seems to do everything promised

    By JMK1944
After going through the initial set up in the standard version, I upgraded to premium. At first it seemed that the premium features promised such as allowing my contacts to go through while neighbor spoofing calls were blocked did not work but after 24 hours a new interface appeared and the program seems to do everything it is supposed to do. So far I am very pleased.
  • It doesn’t seem to work. Womp. Womp.

I downloaded the app. It seems to be continuously updating. Meanwhile, I’ve received offers for step in bathtubs, Heath insurance, and a multitude of other spam calls. Don’t see the need to download. #next

  • Always a day too late

I get 10-20 telemarketing calls each day. When I update Hiya the next day it flags most of those as telemarketers. But it’s always a day later. Not blocking them when they come in.

  • Good App for unwanted phone calls

A few get thru, but Hiya does a very good job in slowing them down with this Free Version. Thank you programmers for the endless work your doing to protect us .
  • Ok 👍🏾

This app was ok for notifying scam, fraud calls. Not do much as who the caller is! This is the second time installed, been on phone for two days. Has not identified any calls, spam etc. Do I need the premium?
  • Ok, yet work-intensive

    By BAMurrell
Perhaps the app would be too invasive to screen every incoming call, but am finding I have to input into Hiya every Spam number in that I get. Thought/hoped Hiya’s Spam database was more robust than appears.
  • Excellent but not perfect

I liked this app enough to get the premium version. It does tell me for the most part who is calling and identifies it as a scam or whatever. The reason why I gave it four stars is that even though I have blocked the call my phone still rings. I thought the whole point of blocking a call was so you DIDN'T have to listen to it ring! What’s with that? The fact of the matter is, I could just ignore calls that I don’t recognize. If they leave a message then I know that it is a legitimate call. I will probably cancel my premium membership when it is up.
