Description

Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant. We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like. As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready. - Follow any eating style or create your own - Hit your macros and calorie targets every day - Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet - Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat - Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original - Reduce food waste - Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the generator to only use foods you like - Manage your virtual pantry (with a premium account) Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan. Subscription options: - You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account. - To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for $8.99 USD per month or $84.99 USD per year. There is a 2 week free trial. Auto-renew details: - The price to subscribe in your currency will be shown in the app before confirming the subscription. - After the free trial has ended, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account. - Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period (the auto-renew will continue with the same frequency that you select, normally either $8.99 USD for the monthly subscription or $84.99 USD for the annual subscription unless we are running a sale). - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you initially paid. - Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your iTunes Account Settings. - If you cancel your subscription or turn off auto renew in the middle of a billing cycle your account will remain premium until the end of that cycle. Apple health integration: Apple health syncing can be enabled in Settings -> Apple Health -> Enable Apple Health syncing for Premium users. When Apple Health is enabled: - your weight will automatically import and export when you login and when you view your user profile - nutrition information will automatically export for meals marked "I ate this" when they are first viewed in the app and as you edit them Privacy policy: https://www.eatthismuch.com/privacy-policy/ Terms of use: https://www.eatthismuch.com/terms/

Hate meal planning. This app does it for you. Very flexible interchange items you dislike with a new alternative
  • Good concept. Still needs work and better food database.

In general, I like the weekly menu based on the diet of your choice and the grocery list. I have noticed that the number of foods and recipes is still fairly limited if you have allergies or do not like certain foods. I have had only “bell pepper” or “banana” be the lunch option with nothing else. Their database of foods is still a work in progress. Also, I have calories set to lowest 1200 per day and quite often it comes up with an 890 or so calorie day. That isn’t healthy unless your doctor is monitoring you while you do it. One thing I’d like to see, but is only a wish vs need, is a Whole30 diet option. I do spend a lot of time tweaking the menus to get them where I want them for the week. I’ll use it for the year but probably won’t renew.

I bought the pro but it only shows me my breakfast option and there’s no way to get help on the app
  • Good idea but needs work

I love the idea of this app because meal planning within specific calorie constraints is HARD. But there are a few things that are frustrating and make it unlikely I’ll use the app. Most importantly I don’t think this reflects the way people really eat. For example, one day suggested I eat three apples for breakfast and a bowl of refried beans for dinner. Another suggested a dinner made up of roasted chicken with yogurt and cantaloupe. Or there is kale every single night for dinner. No thank you. These are clearly meals planned by robots without tastebuds. :-)The food database is incredibly limited. The contact us and report a bug links are broken. And I can’t find a way to say thanks for the trial but I don’t want to subscribe. Perhaps if I spend more time customizing it will work better but right off the bat I thought, this does not reflect how I live or eat.
  • FINALLY!

This is the app I have been searching for! For three years, I have been saying, “ I just want someone to look at my body stats and just make a menu for me & not have it cost hundreds of $$$ each month!” I’ve been looking for an app that will “just tell me what to eat” based on my macros (or grams, or “clean”, or Keto preferences) and this does just that! It even takes into consideration my preferred diets/tastes and any allergy limitations, plus generates an easy shopping list! The only slight inconvenience is that I don’t think the bar code scanner has as full of a recognition database as MyFitness Pal, but it does allow me to creat the missing food and save it if I really want it in my foods bank. I’m also torn if I want it to sync with my Garmin VivoActive watch and activities or not. It is kind of nice to just focus on food with this app and my activity separately. Regardless...Well done! Thank you, Thank you!!!
  • Game changer!

First and foremost, this is the first time in eight years I have ever felt strongly enough about a product to write a review. Second, this is the first time in my life that I've actually measured and weighed food. This program/app makes everything so simple and easy. The functionality and customization options are endless. I love the shopping lists, and pantry options. It has a recipe clipper for ease of addition of recipes from websites. Some people might appreciate the easy few clicks it takes to order groceries for delivery. All that being said, I'm down fourteen pounds in a month and a half, and I was not large to begin with. I'm the lowest weight of my adult- and my teen- life. Some of the food options and combinations are a little odd at times, but you can refresh, or add recipes, or 'dislike' foods or recipes. I recommend this to anyone who will listen. And yes, go for it and buy premium! Worth every penny and more.
  • So worth it!

I’m currently in my second week of using the app and I am really enjoying it. I purchased the premium version and really appreciate the grocery list and meal planner. My live can be pretty busy and I’ve always struggled with coming home and bothering with shopping and cooking. This app helps take the guess work out of all of that. I’d really appreciate more vegetarian and vegan menu options but I’ve been happy with the ones that are currently in the app as I begin my transition. Great app! I would definitely recommend!
  • Great App! Except...

I just got this and love it so far. The only issue I have is that I can’t eat cane sugar, and some of the recipe ingredients have sugar in them (like plum sauce, teriyaki sauce for chicken, the recipe for pan fried pork chops, etc.).
  • I’ve tried about every diet app

I very rarely write reviews but this thing is incredible. But I appreciate about this app versus other diet apps is not only the insanely easy flexibility, but not only does it give you shopping list it was seamlessly connect to Instacart and itemize each and every ingredient to my preferred brand. I hate Dating and I hate shopping even more so this app seamlessly brings together both. Highly highly recommend!
  • Almost everything I needed.

This app is great. Breaks down everything into ingredients and tells you how much nutritional content is in each ingredient. Gives you recipes, and even makes you a grocery list. Only thing missing is the sugar content for each item, which is the one thing I would love to be able to track. If you guys are making this app could update it to include the sugar content I would greatly appreciate it!
