Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant. We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like. As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready. - Follow any eating style or create your own - Hit your macros and calorie targets every day - Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet - Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat - Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original - Reduce food waste - Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the generator to only use foods you like - Manage your virtual pantry (with a premium account) Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan. Subscription options: - You can download the app for free and create/customize as many unique meal plans as you want, and save one to your account. - To unlock the features of Eat This Much Premium, you can subscribe for $8.99 USD per month or $84.99 USD per year. There is a 2 week free trial. Auto-renew details: - The price to subscribe in your currency will be shown in the app before confirming the subscription. - After the free trial has ended, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account. - Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period (the auto-renew will continue with the same frequency that you select, normally either $8.99 USD for the monthly subscription or $84.99 USD for the annual subscription unless we are running a sale). - Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you initially paid. - Auto-renew can be turned off at any time from your iTunes Account Settings. - If you cancel your subscription or turn off auto renew in the middle of a billing cycle your account will remain premium until the end of that cycle. Apple health integration: Apple health syncing can be enabled in Settings -> Apple Health -> Enable Apple Health syncing for Premium users.     I love the app, but it would really be nice if you had an option for religious dietary restrictions. It’s not incredibly difficult to make recipes kosher by substituting ingredients but I feel this app would really benefit from that!
  • Helps you help yourself for real change

    I have struggled with maintaining a healthy diet my whole life. I am 47 years old. Before the advent of smart phones and apps, when I really wanted to do well at losing weight and keeping it off, I would keep a food journal and write down everything I ate, tracking calories and macro nutrients. I would use a book listing the nutritional values of all foods (a very thick paper backed book). When I found this app, I tried it out for a couple of weeks and then purchased the subscription version. It is SO easy to use, and it makes grocery shopping easy and I don’t buy extra food I don’t need or won’t use. I love it.

    Paid for a full year. Can’t even use the app because selecting vegan still brings up meat at every meal and lots of dairy. I tried to email support about a refund and heard nothing back!! Garbage app, garbage customer service.

    I absolutely love this app. It’s awesome that you can choose to have 3 or 5 meals each day, with snacks... all within a limited caloric diet. I don’t feel deprived at all. The recipes have turned out really tasty too!

    I have been looking for an app like this for sometime! I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and this allows me to pick and choose what I can eat instead of the same recycled meals (I can’t eat) over and over on other apps or other websites.

    Just checking this out for the first time and I’m happily surprised! I’m not paying for the premium membership but can tell you that the meal plans are so simple and use many foods I already have on hand! Most of the ingredients could easily be purchased at any local grocery store (including Aldi!) and the recipes take just minutes to prepare. I’ll likely purchase the option to plan ahead in the future (once the bank is a bit replenished from the holidays). I’m looking forward to trying a lot of these meals. They look really appetizing!

    Great tool to have. It's easy to use. If you don't like a meal, you can easily refresh it or see a list of alternatives without affecting any of the other meals set up for the day, that you do want to keep. Recipes are quick, easy to prepare and delicious. I've been using the free version for a month now and I can only imagine how awesome this app is with the added benefits with the premium version.

    I used this app to track my meals during the holidays and now I’m hooked! Even when I’m not trying to lose weight, the meals are great ideas for dinner. Premium service is totally worth it—highly recommend.

    Based on the reviews I thought this would be a great app. Cons -only one meal can be planned at a time unless you pay for the upgrade -shopping list is only available via upgrade -limited meals for those with allergens or health issues -same meals recycle over and over Pros -customize your food needs
