  • Great Browsing Experience

Are you not entertained? Is this app not proof that Christian is indeed an architect?
  • Most of the functionality you need, not all though

    By MechanicaAtmosk
I love all the existing functionality! Important ones like fingerprint based locking works like a charm. However it should be easier to add/remove subreddits from multireddits as you browse. An optional history of subreddits visited would be great to! Apollo Pro is worth it as well!
  • App Has Essential Features Locked Behind a Paywall

    By Forrest C R
I understand that app makers need to make money to keep on the market and make a living, but essential features like posting are now locked behind a paywall, making the app worse to use than the mobile site where these features are available for free.
  • Great

Always great hearing what they’re doing with the updates and how they’re handling companies trying to be annoying. They’re very transparent. Highly recommend!
  • Paywalls

    By Chingchangbane
I always heard about how awesome Apollo is on the official Reddit app. I caved in after getting tired of how buggy and slow the official app was and downloaded Apollo. What every Redditor who talked about Apollo failed to mention was that a pretty sizable portion of the App is locked behind paywalls. You can’t even turn Dark Mode on without paying for a subscription. I understand it’s an indie app and I want to support indie apps, but I’m not paying for features I can use on official Reddit. Having two different forms of paywalls: “Pro” and “Ultra” is just plain greedy. Not to mention calling the pro IAPs “Tips.” Tips are something you give your server if they’re good, not something you give your server to bring you your food. I’d be more than happy to pay $25 for lifetime Ultra if it included actual reasons to buy it. I don’t feel like I should have to pay to make the app useable. Looks like I’m gonna find other indie apps to support then.
  • My favorite reddit app

    By Oliver_3792
Its got some awesome features. I don’t use them all but it is nice to have them there. It is very simple to use and Christian is a very attentive developer.
  • Good app

Well done. Intuitive easy to use. Good job! Better than the reddit app
  • Best Reddit client there is

    By rbusgam
This app is awesome and there’re a ton of great features.
  • It’s really great

    By AphXII
I love how Apple is being good, and letting real competition between developers take place here. I wish they would do the same for Instagram, who has rested on their laurels for too long. Apollo is a great app, I love how it’s organized, and I rarely run into a bug anymore.
  • Great app

I used to use the actual Reddit app all the time but when I got an iPhone, I immediately got the Apollo app and have no regrets
