    When we try to do live view it says device offline and we have to keep closing and reopening the app and hope it works. I called customer service already and they were no help. Their only solution was to move the cameras within 10ft of the router. One of the cameras is 5ft away and still same issue. I do not recommend this company and their cameras at all!

    I’ve owned these cameras for almost 2 years. The first year they were amazing, worked without fail everytime. Now all I get is “device offline” most of the time. It’s ridiculous, it’s not an internet issues since I’m not having connectivity issues in any of my other devices. Only my meshare cameras. I hope they get a fix quickly for this or there’s really no point of using them. Crap service

    I placed camera at kitchen window to keep an eye on my deck and backyard. I have app installed on my iPhone. I have no issues with camera or app. For me it was a good purchase. I do not use the cloud service.

    I’ve had these (5) cameras for over a year now. I think they give very good visual. The sound cuts out a lot, usually an echo, but if you wait your turn to talk, fair. Sometimes the video is delayed. I don’t subscribe but I’m able to live stream. Most of the time they work great. If they lose connection, unplug & plug back in. They reset. They have a pretty wide angle so you can see an entire room. Night vision is great. They are not the easiest to hang I have all mine sitting up in tables or whatnot. Alerts are very good. And low in cost which I love

    Have had so many issues with setting up, connectivity, and they freeze and do not work. Save your money and buy something worth it..

    The time and date of the video does not show once you download videos. Please fix

    Every time I open it, it would crash. It’s not my phone. I delete and restart my phone. What’s up?
  • Works great but glitchy at times

    This app and the cameras have been working great for us. But recently the app will not open on mine or my husbands phone. It glitches and just shuts down before even fully opening. 😒 I would like to be able to check my cameras but if course I can't now.
  • Don’t waste your money

    When the cameras pick up a motion it’s about five minutes late. It also doesn’t pick up motion very good. And now when I’m trying to open my app to look at my cameras it keeps closing out😡
  • App crashes

    I saw another review and I’m not sure if it because I use an iPhone or not. But re set my cameras since I change my WiFi and now I haven’t been able to open the app at all. Takes me to the home screen then closes the app.
