It's nice to know that people understand a lot of things you're going through
  • Wonderful

I love the Stigma app. I've met some wonderful people and built lasting relationships. It also helps me keep track of my moods, particularly when I'm going through a rough patch.
  • Awesome Community

I have found some amazing pen pals/friends. My boyfriend is very supportive of my illnesses, but he doesn't always understand. So it's nice to correspond with people who do 😊
  • love this but there's a bug

    By ShayneMcMan
i really like this app but the notification system has to be fixed. the notifications of new chats go away instantly and this can cause unresponsiveness from pen pals which i'm sure no one wants.
  • Great mood tracker

The journal entries are not very long, but it helps track how I feel over a good stretch of time. This really helps me evaluate what's going on inside. My pen pals are pretty cool to talk with.
  • Amazing app, very helpful.

A great app for anyone to find help in a supportive community.
  • Helpful

This app has allowed me to track my moods for the last six weeks. The information, of course, is only as accurate as what I log. I have been able to notice patterns in my behavior. The graphing ability is a nice feature. It has also allowed me to meet some incredible people. Knowing that you are not alone in your struggle is comforting. And helping other people also takes your focus off yourself. I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for insight on their mental health. Thanks for removing the stigma, Stigma!
  • Great Idea

I love the premise of this app and that it's anonymous. I do however find some glitches frustrating. It sometimes erases entries in progress & if I try to edit, the backspace key acts as an insert key instead. My pen pal experience has been mixed. Sometimes it matches me with people who aren't in my age range at all.
  • When you need someone to talk to.

    By NafetsTheGreat
Stigma is incredible. The community is great and you can always find someone to relate to. Be it gender issues, mental issues, or even just feeling a bit lonely. There is always someone to chat with.
  • Much flexibility and mega-easy to use

    By FauxGamer
I dig how easily this app became a part of my self-check routine. I like how you can use the parts you like and leave the parts you don't (I'm not big on the community stuff). I've already recommended it to friends. Haven't yet figured out if there is a way to send or share my journals with friends who don't have the app, if I wanted to, but that would be cool...
