MileBot accurately tracks miles for taxes or business reimbursements. Free app can be used to log, view and edit unlimited number of business trips using your iPhone. Accurate: MileBot records every trip, route and stops you actually took. Your mile log is quite accurate, since distance is recorded from the actual route taken. Let us say you ended your business trip at a short stop and start your personal trip. Most apps will record it as a single trip. But MileBot allows you to split the trip into two at a stop and accurately record Personal and Business trips. MileBot also allows you to combine two adjacent trips into one. MileBot shows exact source and destination location in the map along with address. Automatic: MileBot uses iPhone's GPS based location services to automatically record all your trips. You simply install the app and let it run. All your trip data is automatically and safely backs up in cloud. Setup weekly work hours once and MileBot auto categorizes trips based on weekly work hour. If auto labeling is enabled, MileBot also automatically tries to name your source and destination. Easy: Simple swipe to categorize trip as Personal or Business. Add custom purposes with custom rates per mile. Use custom purposes accurately record business miles and reimbursements. No need to install a GPS tracker. Data is exported in spreadsheet file. It can be viewed and edited further in Numbers app, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets. Free: Record more business miles, since MileBot won't miss to record any. App offers all its features for free forever except for exporting of data, which is only allowed for subscribed trips. Subscribed trips are trips captured during active subscription. Take advantage of free trial offer and subscribe as soon as possible. Please note that only subscribed trips can be exported. • Don’t track all the time

    By Gkk lone wolf
I been watching this app it’s not tracking you all the time it’s missing a lot of miles it’s like it won’t use your GPS it’s losing your position for one area to the next
  • So far so good, priced much better

    By Brother_Rob
So far so good, the subscription is only $19.99 and it's amazing how accurate it is to me. The similar "in-app purchases" for the other apps are $60. Very Happy with MileBot and specifically a fair price for use of their software. I didn't realize how much money I was leaving on the table and it's only been 2 weeks.
  • Mile Bot not reliable

    By bj1951
Tracking mileage is crucial to being able to deduct it during tax filing. Unfortunately while Mile Bot does a good job of tracking mileage, it is unreliable when it comes time to export the data to be used. Tech support is helpful, but lost data is still lost data.
  • Not even worth $2.99

This app does not work! I have an iOS that should be supported, I drove around all day with the app open and all it says is "Drives will be detected automatically".
  • Outstanding app

To me it is not necessarily how an app looks but the purpose of the app and what it is used for. MileBot is phenomenal in the sense that it tracks your exact location from point A to point B and calculates the time it takes to get there and you don't have to do a darn thing. I install security systems and use my personal vehicle as my work vehicle. I would always forget to track the miles from one house to the next and know I am losing out on money. With MileBot it automatically calculates when I leave from one location and go to the next!! This app is actually making me money because when I wrote off my miles for my taxes I am now able to maximize my return on the miles I have driven! And I have the data to back it up!!!
  • Horrible

    By Refresherdoc
One of the most user hostile interfaces i've ever seen. Not a clue on the screen after initial set up as to how to use software
  • Stops working intermittently

Worked b4 purchasing paid full feature version. Now it never records every leg of my trips. Not worth the purchase. Not by a long shot.
