    Easily the worst mobile app for a fast food chain. The order always seems to take longer than going through the drive thru, so there is no real advantage.

    This is one of the worst apps I’ve come across. I think this app is for people who want to save money. There’s deals. Here’s the problem with this. It only lets you use one of the deals. If you want to use a second deal you have to wait for one hour. I hate to tell McDonald’s this but, your competitor Burger King let you use as many deals as you want with no time restrictions. And let me say this, the deals that you have here are the ones people don’t want. There is never a deal for a new item. That’s why I no longer wish to have this app.
  • What happen to the customization option?!?

    Love the app and use it pretty frequent but I noticed just recently the option to customize your burger has changed. There was a mustard and ketchup option but where did the ketchup option go?! Still comes on the burger and I HATE ketchup, so I always opt out of the ketchup on the app. Very disappointed I can’t use the customization, so really I can’t use the app at all and have to go through the drive-thru just to order. I hope it was just an error somewhere and it can be updated back on. Please fix soon... also McDonalds employees need to be trained for this app because certain situations some up and they don’t know what to do. Most don’t even know you pay through the app so they try to double charge you at the window.

    Placed an order today, husband went to pick it up, and after waiting in the parking lot for 15 minutes he went in to see what the hold up was. The employees said it was a Door Dash order, and wouldn’t give him the order. They placed the order again, charged him again (even though the payment processed through the app when he got to there and pushed the “I’m here” button on the app) and the order still got messed up. The app itself is great, but if the restaurants are not trained on it, and don’t realize that someone placed an order, it is pointless. My husband would have had better luck just going through the drive thru. Lessons learned, might as well delete the app.
  • App stops working altogether if your credit card information changes

    App stops taking new credit cards and will stocks working altogether if there is a problem with one card. You can’t update the credit card information and you can’t change your profile. I escalated several times and they never fixed it and never called me back. I have tried 10 different credit cards and deleting and reinstalling and calling several times and there is no fix

    This app refuses to let me log back in with my gmail account, reset the password, nor create a new account using that email. It’s broken. I had to use my Facebook account to get in at all, which I did not want to do. I was going through all of this just to view the daily deals, and finally when I get logged in I get nothing but bouncing fries in the loading screen for daily deals and no matter how long I sit there staring at the screen... nothing come up. Really frustrating!
