  • Great!

I've been a long time user of Banktivity. I migrated from Quicken many years ago. Couldn't live with without It! And the iPhone and iPad versions work perfectly and really help me not to miss one entry
  • Need to update the app.

    By usmchris
I've been using this app on and off. The app has a great potential to be one of the best financial app. However, the app could use some improvement such as the UI, improving the budget system where you can actually see your daily budget, and be able to use the tag feature like in the new Banktivity 6. Otherwise, three stars for right now.
  • Great companion to the Mac app

    By Kaaless
I used to use Quicken until they dumbed down their product. Fortunately there was iBank! I tried many others but found iBank and its successor Banktivity robust and at the same time intuitive to use. Now that I have this mobile app, I never miss an entry and with use of the cloud, syncing occurs immediately
  • Doesn't work

I subscribed again and my banking data is a year old. I have refreshed several times and patiently waited for the refresh to. E completed. Don't buy or subscribe! These other 5 star guys are paid people!
  • Working out well

    By gravymeister
When I was notified by Quicken that they would not support Quicken Essentials for Macintosh, and would have to buy a $75.00 App, I looked around. I chose iBank because it was for iMacs. It loaded my Quicken accounts flawlessly. There have been a few fits and starts, but Tech Support helped me. I now can figure out how to fix most problems myself. I have loaded the iPhone App and it works very well also. I feel I can rely on it if I am away from my iMac.
  • Pretty good

Using Banktivity 6 and their mobile app. Recent 36 year Quicken user convert. The app, unlike Quicken's mobile app, actually works flawlessly. Gives me my essential financial info. Easy to add transactions in the app. Would like more investment analysis, however. Also need to add a tag field in the mobile app. Tags don't have an entry field in the app. Kind of silly. Not the absolute best app regarding info, but miles better than all the headaches of Quicken's app, which is a disaster.
  • Doesn't sync with my credit card account

    By Kbollig
I'm using Banktivity v6 on my Mac and the latest iPad and iPhone versions. The Banktivity user interfaces are nothing special in my opinion. Overall functionality is slightly more than a bank register and budget which may end up being all I will ever use. So, I am only giving them an average rating. I lower their rating because they don't do seamless syncing of my credit card transactions. I have to download a file and import it.
  • Handy App

    By Fartist
I use the iPhone and Mac versions of Banktivity and find them handy for my rather lightweight financial needs. Suggested improvements would be making it easier to setup syncing multiple devices and enabling transaction memos to sync between iPhone and Mac versions.
  • No date entry?

    By kathybcpa
I am an iBank 4 convert. The transfer of data went seamlessly and I love the cloud sync instead of the old wifi version. However, some things are a step backwards. The general look is much less attractive. But for me the biggest problem is that I enter expenses a several days after incurred and I enter them through the iPhone app. There is no place on the entry screen for a date. I actually have to enter data, go find amount, and go back in through an edit screen for each one to change the date. It literally doubles the amount of time. I hope they can fix this soon!!!
  • Don't buy

Half the time it doesn't sync right. The mac app and the iPhone app show 2 different balances an it's a pain to fix. For an app that cost money I expect it run just as good as free apps like quicken.
