  • You’ll probably forget and lose $100 like me😪

    By dunnasar
I’ve been duped and it’s my fault but that doesn’t make up for a terrible customer experience. 2 month free. no email notification of charge once the two months are up (so sneaky! Who does that!!???!!!!) They said they wouldn’t refund me and this isn’t the kind of charge you can dispute with the bank. Here’s my feedback for the team: 1) don’t dupe us, email us the day before like any normal company does before a charge because a google search will tell you how common this is. You’re using rules to overlook common human experience and are not transparent about this. Not cool. 2) change the auto subscription to a month instead of a year, this way people won’t be so infuriated and the stakes are much lower for everyone. Plus you’ll still make a profit from negligence, which is so great for you. 3) put a clear subscription manager in-app. Don’t outsource to Apple. It’s very hard to navigate. Now I’m going to go enjoy the goddam subscription because I’m not going to let this get me down. But I’d rather have my refund and I will resent you forever 😘😘

So far I'm enjoying the classes I'm taking and the app very useful when not using my laptop. Wish you could upload your class projects from iPad but still enjoying the app and classes.
  • Saved classes?

    By Tmc04
I like this app but I can only see 9 of my saved classes on my phone and iPad. Might as well just search all the classes every time.
  • No support

    By Ravenwingpoem
I had to comb through google to find a number (888 364 6223) to contact anyone only for that number to go to a looped message of the best way to contact them being through e-mail. I want to talk to an actual person after being charged $100 for a membership I thought I’d canceled. The app isn’t useful to me and the fact that it takes several different pages to find contact information is infuriating.
  • Love it!

    By photogmomma
I’ve been using the app for a week or so and have been very happy with it. I also really enjoy learning on Skillshare – far more than I expected!
  • I love it.

    Humans sharing skills. Perfectly.
  • Great learning tool but not on iPhone X

    By Tae. Tea
I love Skillshare use it all the time but to use it on my phone I have to go to the actual website. When will Skillshare format the app for the iPhone X? Another suggestion for the app can you put the description of the classes on the app like how it’s done on the site it would be super helpful.
  • Wonderful service but the app needs more

    By Derpy hooves 9.6
As a creative individual learning how to draw and whatnot it's rather bothersome to be unable to have the class videos play in the iPad pros picture in picture mode while audio only is fine for many things for some of us watching the teacher preform the lesson and following along is just easier so I'd really like to see the feature added to the app instead of me having to go to safari to have the videos play in picture in picture mode
  • Amazing Platform, App needs some work

    By Evenp
Skillshare is my absolute favorite learning platform. Their premium subscription is a bargain, too much value for an annual $96 subscription fee. The App needs some work though...
  • Great idea, poor execution

    By phototraveler
This is a great idea but poor execution since YouTube videos do a better job training you than this place Now make this better than Lynda. Com and you have something.
