    I’m not sure what’s going on with the app but every time it’s time to renew my subscription and it makes me sign back in again. I lose all my playlist, my downloaded, and my save music! This is really mind racking and when I try to go back to the songs that.... uuuhghhh! I’m not supposed to have these problems with your app. You guys, get it fixed so I don’t have to switch to a different one because I really love the app thanks guys

  • Used to be great, not so much now.

    I’ve used tidal for 3 years and loved it. I felt it was a little more expensive than some of the other streaming platforms, but it had everything I wanted to listen to. Until now. Now literally nothing with stream. Not on cellular data. Not on WiFi. It continuously loads. I’ll be cancelling my membership as I’ve basically wasted a whole month and a half paying for this service already.

    I love Tidal. I don’t even think of getting another streaming service. Only issue I have is that it will not let me turn of the shuffle on my playlist. That’s super annoying. Especially when I take the time to put things in order.
  • Buggy and dull

    I have this free with my cell provider, so I’m trying it. It’s really buggy and the touch response stops working a lot. The organization seems “off” in comparison to multiple music subscriptions I’ve used and love. The song you’re currently listening to in the playlist also isn’t highlighted, which is nice to see what’s about to play next or where you are on the playlist. I don’t know how long I’ll continue using this. The app feels... dull. So far, it’s not a very fluid or enjoyable experience at all. Spotify and Apple Music are both my preferred music apps.

    Why hasnt Tidal been able to work on my Mobil Network? Apple music works fine and i dont want to switch to Apple music but if it doesnt work within the next few weeks I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription
