I love using the google calendar but I wish the app face would reflect the current date instead of always being “31”
  • No excuse for no Apple Watch app

No excuses. All calendar apps should work on the Apple Watch - ESPECIALLY one by Google and ESPECIALLY one that runs a web cal platform that doesn’t sync more than 2x/day when using 3rd party apps.

I love the app. We share our family calendars and I follow local city calendars. It’s great for what I need. I would LOVE for the icon on my screen to show today’s date.
  • Locations used previously don’t default

You have to type the addresses perfectly to add them for them to appear with the picture even if you have used them before. It defaults to addresses all over the country except the one nearby that you’ve already used.
  • Add location finder

When adding a new event, I REALLY need a location finder. For example, I am at the doctors office schedule an appointment and want to add the location. Currently I must type in the location where I am until it pops up. Why isn’t there a location find icon to just add “where I am now” ? This was such a frustration that I deleted the app in favor or the Apple one.

Love google calendar. I am able to color coordinate everything and have different calendars. One suggestion google: it would be awesome if the app icon itself changed numbers to correlate to the date of the day instead of it being constantly fixed on “31”. So if today is March 21, the app icon could say 21 indicating the date for today. If that was done, then I’d give this app 5 stars.

UI team needs to review the app name (shorten), looks bad among all apps.

Great app been using it for a couple years now but needs to be updated to be compatible with the Apple Watch cause the stock calendar app is a no go.

It drives me nuts that the app image doesn’t show today’s date! I wish you could delete events, like recurring ones, easier.
