  • Lots of bugs

This app is not always up to date. If someone adds on an appointment to the calendar, it doesn’t automatically refresh on your phone. Also, there is no “refresh” button to check. Editing appointments on the calendar also does not work on your phone either. Overall the concept of this app is good, but google can do better and fix the bugs.
  • Expected more from Google

A longtime Cozi user, I’m switching over to this app because Cozi STILL doesn’t sync to Apple Watch. The problem with Google Calendar is that if you don’t have an Android phone you can’t get family sharing with kids under 13. One child is old enough to have gmail the other is not. I cannot sync calendar and send reminders to the youngest yet. My other problem with this app is the layout of the printed calendar. Cozi made very attractive, easy to read printable. This apps’ printed weekly calendar doesn’t fit on 1 sheet, is hideous, and hard to read. Come on Google! Every family needs a printed calendar in the kitchen!
  • Almost there

In comparison to the laptop/desktop functionality, the app has done well in mirroring a lot of the capabilities and attributes. However, my biggest complaints are that 1) you can’t edit custom repeating dates as easily and 2) the colors from desktop to the app do not match at ALL and 3) there’s no (obvious) way to import an event in an email from gmail, as far as I know. As a student (who color coordinates for organization), the first two tend to frustrate me when I’m planning. As a person who schedules a lot through email, the coordination would increase efficiency quite a bit.
  • Google Calender email notifications

I have exhausted myself trying to fix email notifications going out in Pacific time even though my Calendar is set on Eastern Standard time. I have googled this problem only to find no fixes only more people complaining about it all the way back to 2002. I will be looking for a replacement.
  • I like it, but it needs improvement

This app is one of the most comprehensive as far as what I can do, but it needs fixing in a few areas. First of all, Goals are super glitchy and need improvement. I find that it’s super inconvenient that there is no option to select Goal time/date manually, you have to let the app decide for you. You can change manually it AFTER it is auto assigned, but you have to do them each individually. So if I have a 5 day workout goal and I want them all to be at specific times, I have to manually fix every single day and time to where I want it. It’s super inconvenient. It should simply be an option and nothing more to have the app select times and dates for your goals. Additionally, I find that sometimes they delete themselves, and also, if you set a goal it only lasts about three weeks before you have to recreate them again. You should be able to have the option to select the cut off date or have them running indefinitely, like you can with “Events.” It’s almost better to set your Goals as Events because Events actually works. Additionally, I find that when I swipe other to the next week it will sometimes ship months or years ahead for seemingly no reason.

I find both Google and iPhone Calendars to be useless and even a hindrance. It’s 2018 I expect much , much more then this.
  • Stuck loading on boot

I've reported the issue on Twitter, I've tried reinstalling and now I'm on iPhone XS the app seems to be failing to load data for over a minute on boot. It's unacceptable, looking for an alternative calendar app.
  • Auto fill not working

At least since the last update auto full is no longer working on iPhone or iPad support.
  • Dim already completed schedule

I think the tasks, meetings, etc. that have already been completed should be lighter in color than things that haven’t been completed. Like how the desktop version does.
