  • Content is great, but technical problems ruin it

    This is my favorite source of info about the Packers. I was a very happy paying subscriber until several weeks ago when I was locked out. No matter how many times I restore my purchase on iTunes or sign in, I keep getting messages that the content is only for subscribers. I called their customer service line and they were unable to do anything for me. So now I’m paying for nothing.
  • Bought a year subscription and it doesn’t work!

    This app was working wonderfully for quite some time, until it stopped working. Every time I try to read an article, it tells me that I need a subscription. I’ve tried restoring my purchase, getting a new subscription (it tells me that I have a subscription until May 2020), and even called the Green Bay Press Gazette. Nothing has worked. I don’t know what they did to this app, but it is junk. I’m so disappointed.

    The restore iTunes purchase button does nothing. When I hit subscribe it says I already have a subscription but I can’t view the content. USA support was not helpful and I’m still waiting for reply.

    I love the news and content; however, I’m unable to access the paid subscription. I sent an email to support for help and they have not replied in over a week.

    I’ve paid $48 last year and again this year and the app still locks me out on a regular basis. Now it seems permanent. No one fixes it. Don’t subscribe unless you want to throw away your money.
  • Good Content, Lousy Customer Service

    I’ve subscribed annually for years and without fail I can count on the site not recognizing me as a subscriber numerous times during the year. Refresh App Purchases? Nothing. Remove App and bring it back? Nope. When I try to call to fix it, no one at the site can or will help and I am referred in a round about way to Apple. Good luck to anyone trying to fix their access if it is ever interrupted. This frequent glitch should be an embarrassment to the owners of this app.
