All my other I tune apps that I purchase allow me to watch on my tv, phone & I-pad. This app requires me to purchase For my other devices. Very disappointing
  • Latest Update Ruined Casting

Can no longer control casting to Chromcast after starting the video. I just get a black screen on the iPad.
  • Multiple billing

    By dar east
I like the content however the billing system is totally screwed up. I signed up using my credit card and am getting billed monthly on that card. Now we are getting billed via iTunes on my husband’s account which he never sanctioned. We’ve tried for two months to correct this. The help tickets are not helpful, just standard “simply go into the account you used to sign up.”
  • This version works on WiFi on Comcast

This version fixes the app so it works again
  • Can not access app even though I have paid for it

    By Rainbird46
I cannot sign in with my email and password. It keeps telling me that it is incorrect, even though I haven’t changed a thing. I deleted and reinstalled the app, hoping that would help. It didn’t. Then I thought I would try resetting my password, but it won’t let me do that either. I am completely locked out of the site. I am going to contact Apple and tell them to stop payment. I’m not going to pay for something I can’t use. I did have months of enjoyment from this app but not anymore.
  • Hard to remember where we left off

Please add watch indicators to show what was watched

    By Iphoneuserupsetz
First it crashes. Now it says no internet connection when there obviously is. Can’t sign in! Funny, because I can sign in perfectly fine with the same info on the computer. The mobile app is now useless and that was my favourite part. Update: I found a fix! Use BritBox instead. Their mobile app works just fine! Update: Even after updates, it is still the same problem on the mobile app. Even if you are connected to WiFi, it says you are not and load content. But if I disable WiFi and use data, it works. Can’t believe after reading many reviews that say the same thing, they haven’t fixed this.
  • App crash all the time

    By Kheart89
I feel that the App crashes all the time which makes it very annoying and frustrating to use. I will they can correct the disruption for those who love British shows and would enjoy viewing them at our leisure.
  • App does not work

    By Otterly62
After loading the last ios update and updating this app, it suddenly will not let me log in. Too bad cuz I used to have no problem with it. It’s not just me. Same thing happened to my husband with his ipad.
  • For British TV Lovers

    By McKenzieC
Love to keep up with my favorite British mysteries and drama and this app allows me to watch current programs instead of waiting until after PBS has aired them. Pros: Easy menu and layout. There are cables to connect to your smart tv in case you don’t want to watch on a device. Cons: You have to manually click on each episode to watch it unlike other apps where you click the first episode to start and the rest follow.
