  • Works, but not sure how accurate

I don’t know how accurate the app actually tracks sleep — it often shows I’ve been awake for long periods during the night (an hour or more) when I’m pretty sure I was not. The interface (Watch and iPhone apps) is confusing, with no explanations I can find. For example, the Watch app will have up/down arrows either purple with a green dot or orange with no dot. What do these mean? For me, the jury is still out on this app.

although i love this app i do want to see it change for the better. it is terribly annoying when i continually see what appears to be an infinite number in place of what should be a percentage of my sleep for “awake”. i also seem to get a glitch where random sleep recordings from the past magically appear as “no data recorded”. in addition to those fixes that need to be made, i think that there should be a more elegant way to look at sleep records (perhaps using a calendar). also it would be nice to be able to search for sleep sessions based on sleep notes and what not. also if the detailed sleep analysis section could function as drop down tabs rather than blocks of graphs that cant be minimized or rearrange, it would remove a lot of scrolling and clutter from that section of the app
  • Needs auto sleep detect (update)

So, I’m not sure it’s as accurate as Fitbit’s sleep monitor, but it seems to do pretty well. That aside, if you would just add an auto sleep detect feature, this app would be perfect. Update: just got notice. One of the reps at pillow messaged me that they will be updating the app and adding the auto sleep function! If this happens, and it works (hopefully as well as Fitbit) then I’ll update this again to 5 stars!
  • Simply does not work for me

Somehow this app hates my watch. My husband has it and it works just fine, but even he can't determine why, even with all of the same songs, it doesn't work on mine. When I wake in the morning, I get an error message saying data analysis failed. I've updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled this app, but it hasn't worked once. What a disappointment.

Sleeping with an alarm (like a nap) except the alarm goes off every 15 mins? NO THANK YOU!
  • Apple Watch App Broken

Latest app and Apple Watch iOS update broke the app for the watch. Now when pressing the start button to track sleep, nothing happens. Still using the iPhone movement tracking capability, which is still good. Will update the star rating once the broken Apple Watch’s app’s start button issue is addressed.
  • Decent, but...

I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now, but with the update this week I lost 2 weeks worth of sleep tracking. Why am I losing sleep tracking from the app? I like the functionality, but as others have said, having to start it with the watch and phone is getting to be a bit much, especially when there are time I forget to start the watch after starting the phone app. Still using it, but losing 2 weeks of sleep tracking has me questioning if I will keep using it.

I still stand behind what I said as far as having different options for payment instead of one access key, maybe I used the term stingy too loosely but I still personally feel that people should be able to buy what they’ll use and not have to buy what they wont.

useful but accurate helps to keep reminding you need to go to sleep Helps to give you an idea of how much you sleep
  • It doesn’t work for me

I have the paid version but it doesn’t seem to be working with me. It never shows REM, once it showed, but I was awake. And it says every night that it took me exactly 10 minutes to fall asleep. It’s not true. Sometimes it takes me two, others it takes me 30. I am also getting tired of having to listen to more than 100 recordings every morning with little to nothing in then. Ok, it records when I snore or turn but after a week it gets old. The only real discovery I made with the app, is that the train passes near my house at 3:22 every night. It needs improvements.
