  • Problem with bathroom need at night

    I have used pillow for years and was very satisfied with it. It has become unreliable because of my need to go to the bathroom. It restarts the tracking after the bathroom trip. I like it because it tracks REM sleep so i keep it. I have another sleep tracker for the length of my sleep which doesn’t track REM.

    Have had a few issues with the app but when I reach out to support I receive only automated responses. No matter how many times I try to contact them no one bothers to respond so o canceled the subscription. It’s a shame because many parts worked well. Just couldn’t get the few issues I had worked out.
  • Not sure what it’s tracking

    I thought if it was so expensive this app would be awesome. However, I’m not sure what it’s tracking. Certainly not my sleep or time in bed. Very strange since the several free apps I’ve tried have worked so well. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Don’t buy it for a year until you’ve tried it first.
  • Doesn't seem to work for me

    I'm not sure what's going on with this app but sleep tracking doesn't seem to match reality (results in the built-in Health app seem a lot more accurate). I also get weird notifications about a bedtime I don't remember setting, but that could be user error. Anyway, I've cancelled my subscription and will stick to Health.

    Been using Pillow for about three years, overall lost lots of weight during that time, have much better sleep and better self accountability, and definitely feel more refreshed during the day. No more tired time sound 3-4pm.

  • Questions with no answers

    I tried the help desk but it was manned by a bot that was unable to help. Waited 15 mins for a human but no one joined, 9:45 am MST. I am trying to find more information about stats that are abnormal but no luck and no help from help desk.

    Love the detail and especially love the sound recording capabilities. Discovered that our dog makes a lot of noise during our he night that’s possibly effecting our sleep quality! 😊

    I’m disappointed that I know there were several times I’m restless/awake but what I’m seeing in the sleep history doesn’t reflect this
