    This is a great app for “overachievers”. You get stickers, it tracks your hours, sessions and more. The female is very soothing and the meditation instructions are easy to listen to and they help you focus.

    i’m a college student that meditates for stress relief. i miss when you could purchase specific tracks. not pay a monthly subscription. it makes me want to use something else, especially at 9.99 a month. sure, you still get the free tracks, but they’re super short. not as good. disappointed about that, miss the old way.

    The best meditation app! It focuses more on you then the premium package. Most apps give like 3 minute sessions for free but Breathe gives you a variety of times and topics. Honestly this app has changed me for the better and I’m thankful!

    It is simple and straightforward, easy to navigate, and has a variety of options for most situations. I love that I can use the app to help me check out to check in with a guided meditation made for the moment, or that I can simply set the timer and immerse myself in the sounds of nature for a while longer if I have more time. Highly recommend!

    This app is great for my mental health. I love the variety of options with meditations and breathing, though I wish more one minute meditations were available for the free version. Also i wish there was a way I could view all of my check ins for a day, instead of just one.
