Introducing digital birth control. A natural method of birth control that uses a smart algorithm to learn your cycle and identify your ovulation by analyzing your basal body temperature. Natural Cycles is for women over the age of 18. Natural Cycles does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Natural Cycles is only available as a method of birth control in the USA and Europe. In countries outside the USA and Europe, Natural Cycles is intended to be used as a fertility tracker. Natural Cycles is 93% effective under typical use, which means that 7 women out of 100 get pregnant during 1 year of use.* No method of contraception is 100% effective, even when using the app perfectly you can still have an unintended pregnancy. Natural Cycles shows you: ○ How your unique cycle works ○ Daily updates on where you are in your cycle ○ When you are in the fertile phase of your cycle and need to use protection (e.g. condoms) ○ When your ovulation is detected and predicted ○ When your period is coming up and when you can expect PMS ○ The science behind your menstrual cycle Natural Cycles is: ○ The first digital method of birth control available in both the USA and Europe ○ Backed by scientific research ○ CE marked & FDA cleared Pricing Plans: Yearly plan: 79.99 USD/year. Free thermometer included. Monthly plan: 9.99 USD/ month. Thermometer not included. Free trial: 30 day free trial. Thermometer not included. To use the app you need a two-decimal basal thermometer. Precautions: ○ As a contraceptive, Natural Cycles may be less suitable for you if you have irregular menstrual cycles (i.e. cycles shorter than 21 days or longer than 35 days) and/or fluctuating temperatures as predicting fertility is more difficult in these circumstances. Natural Cycles’ effectiveness as a contraceptive is not affected by irregular cycles, but you will experience an increased number of red days, which can reduce your satisfaction with Natural Cycles. ○ Natural Cycles does not protect against sexually transmitted infections (STIs). Use a condom to protect against STIs. Want to learn more about Natural Cycles? By Nickerbokor
I’m 40 and me and I my husband were worried it wasn’t going to happen for us but 6 months of natural cycles and 6 weeks pregnant. Really told me when I was ovulating so o didn’t miss any magic days.
  • Frustrated

I downloaded this app on a free trial and it charged me $23.00. I tried deleting the app immediately and it still charged me. I am not happy.
  • Completely helpful

    By Bettybyrd
This app has completely changed my view on my cycle. Now I am able to track the ups and downs in my cycle and gaining insight on where my body is in the month. I love that it’s able to pinpoint ovulation and gives a guide on your fertility. I was on birth control for 12+ years, which at the end of that time had my body turning against itself in an autoimmune situation. This app has helped in regulating my cycle in a healthier way.
  • Highly irregular period

    By OBeckLee
I've got the worst irregularity since coming off hormonal birth control from a six month period leading up to January 2018. (Accutane) Before that I wasn't monthly regular but since getting off hormones I keep having three to five months of nothing - sounds like heaven but it's a nightmare when using this app as a newlywed. So far I'm not pregnant. I don't have problems measuring. We don't have problems with protection when it says to. I love that it's natural. However it's having troubles nailing down my ovulation. It just gave me a three week run of green days even though I didn't get my period. We didn't trust it, so we didn't go unprotected until this past week... This morning it went back to red days with a new estimate for where my ovulation happened. (Didn't reestimate where my green days were so that's ok) I'm a little freaked out. Will update later. In the meantime, hoping I regulate, and recommending this like crazy to my friends that are regular. (Finally non-hormonal birth control!!!) But we'll see how well this works for my cycle.
  • So in love and so simple!

    By Klala09
I never thought this would be a program that would work for me since I could barely remember taking my birth control pills. They always messed with my hormones and made me have major weight gain, so once I saw they had this option, I was a little hesitant...but I’ve never used any thing more simple and accurate! I’ve been using it for 7 cycles now, and still no baby. 🙏🏽👍🏼 I’ve learned more through this app about my cycle and body than ever before. It’s so important as women we be in touch with our bodies and cycles so we can feel empowered.
  • So far, so good!

    By Taan taann
I have used this app and one cycle so far. My son is 18 months and we are ready to get pregnant with #2. Due to breastfeeding, my cycle didn’t return until he was 17 months. This app helped me catch my cycle length, (32 days), my LH surge, and my ovulation day! I’m so happy I’m even ovulating. Now, fingers crossed for the 2WW ( 2 week wait)!
  • This App and Method work and are effective!

    By Thankful Cycler
I’ve been using this app for about two years, (before it became big in the US) and it has been amazing. For multiple personal reasons-I did not want to go on birth control so I did some research and Natural Cycles proved to be the best alternative- and it absolutely is! I love this app. If used correctly, (and it isn’t difficult to do so) it kept me from becoming pregnant and then when my husband and I decided it was time to have a baby it helped us to track my ovulation and it was spot on! Now I’m happily pregnant and continue to take my temperature every morning. It shows me how my baby is growing and gives tips, etc. I recommend this app to anyone I know who does not want to go on birth control. I will use this app forever!
  • DO NOT PAY $80 — No Free Version

    By Bitwicre
I dont care how good this app is, unless $80 is like losing a $5 on the street for you, please dont buy. Thats a ridiculous amount for a contraceptive method thats been around longer than the concept of a telephone. Use a free one, buy a $5 thermometer, use your phone calendar and google “natural cycle contraception”. Use the free trial if you want to get a feel for how that works and then remember to CANCEL the subscription. Ridiculous pricing.
  • I am loving this app.

    By hannahsimpson616
This type of birth control works best for me in this stage of life. I am married in a committed relationship and I am extremely diligent in taking my temp and filling in information everyday. It works great! I have been using it for 9 months and no baby. I am really learning my body better. We have enjoyed this hormone free birth control option. I used to take the pill and it makes me sick, gain weight, and very emotional. I’m glad there is another option. But you have to do your part and keep up with taking your temp everyday and putting it in the app.
  • Not worth it

    By GlimmeringB52
Not only do you have to pay monthly for something other apps offer for free, but you can even import historic data from HealthKit.
