Description

Tiny Calendar - CalenMob is a native Google Calendar app with intuitive design. It inherits the simple and clean look of Google web calendar and makes it more accessible, responsive and reliable on your Mac. It can also be used with no Internet connection. All changes will be synced back to your Google account the next time you connected. MULTIPLE WAYS TO VIEW EVENTS Tiny Calendar supports 6 standard views - day, week, month, 4-days, year and agenda. You can instantly switch views to discover events or find a time you're looking for. REAL-TIME SYNCHRONIZATION Tiny Calendar automatically synchronize with your Google Calendar every time you open the app or after you make any changes to an event. WORKS OFFLINE You can still create, edit and delete events when you don't have an Internet connection. Tiny Calendar will cache your changes and sync back to your Google account next time you're online. ADVANCED REMINDER SYSTEM Never forget about a meeting! Like Google Calendar, Tiny Calendar allows you to set reminders via push notification, SMS or email for all events. INVITE PEOPLE AND ACCEPT INVITATIONS With Tiny Calendar, you can invite people and see their status. Tiny Calendar also allows you to respond to an invitation (yes, no, maybe) if you received any invites. RECURRING EVENTS You can setup, view and modify recurring events. Tiny Calendar fully supports all repeat patterns in Google Calendar. CALENDAR MANAGEMENT You can manage your Google Calendar with this app. You can create, edit and delete calendars anytime. All changes will be synced with your Google account. INTUITIVE GESTURES Tiny Calendar supports multiple gestures that makes you easier to manage your events. You need a (free) Google Calendar account to use this app. If you don't have it, you can get one at www.google.com/calendar.

I use this app in iOS and on my Mac. I would love a way to increase the font size on the Mac. I use the 4-day view on my iPhone - perfect. I am using the two weei view on my Mac - perfect. I don't need or understand all the features of Fantastical. Tiny Calender suits my needs. Nice job.

I downloaded Tiny Calendar for its simple design, easy usability, and the ability to use it on many platforms. However, NONE OF THAT MATTERS when the app instantly KICKS ME OFF every time I run it! Fix the app!
  • Google Tasks

Google Tasks don't show in Tiny Cal. Google Tasks is important to me because they can be marked as complete. Events can't. So I see events as being less useful. The calendar should grow to be a useful source of data. I don't want to delete anything ever but I find it helpful to be able to filter entries so I can limit the items that show up. I may go back to Butleroy.
  • Not as good as the older one

Another example of programmers thinking they kmnow best and making changes for the sake of change.

I use Tiny Calendar for iPhone and iPad and am very happy with it. The OS version needs some work. I'm on OS Catalina. Pros: Previous complaints have been addressed. Eg, you can now print PDFs of your calendar. Or eg, all-day events now span their full range. It seems to sync very well. I can edit every aspect of my events. Cons: --BIGGEST ISSUE: a few times, just clicking on an event has caused it to change times, as if I dragged it. The sensitivity is too high. --Perhaps related, there's an odd glitch where events sometimes land at (X-1):59 instead of (X):00 when dragging manually. --Cannot create full-day events by dragging across the top like in Google Cal. --When making a new event, if you decide to cancel it instead and you "X" out of the window, it saves the event anyways, and then you have to manually delete it. -- The interface feels a bit clunky -- buttons are slow / feel flat.

App overall is excellent. Year view in particular is beautiful... App includes numerous views. has nice small touches such as alphabetical sorting in the list of calendars... Developers friendly, responsive to feedback. Give this app a try!

I've had this app on my phone and ipad for years and really liked it. They just came out with the one for my apple computer and it isn't as good. I can't seen to link them all together.

I paid $19 for this app. It will not synch with my google calendar at all. Running latest catalina on a brand new macbook pro. It will not link my google calendar at all after multiple attempts. Useless app. I emailed customer support and asked for my money back and the email was rejected. I'm assuming they are not supporting the app anymore. Terrible.
