  • Thank you DoorDash

Here is exactly why I LOVE being a driver- I like being on my own. I don’t like weaving in and out of other people’s workspaces. I’m not stuck somewhere at the mercy of my boss/bosses, I don’t have to deal with rude customers, I don’t have to do any side work or pick up shifts for other’s who can’t come in, I can work whenever I want to without having to face my anxiety if I don’t feel like going because...I don’t have to! And that alone makes me feel like working more often. I can listen to my music while I wait for orders, or draw, do homework, take pictures, walk, practically anything, and no one’s going to bust my chops to get busy with something. I have all this time to reflect and meditate and I simultaneously know I’m making money. Maybe it’s not a lot but it adds up and I WILL be the one to take full advantage of this genius idea of DoorDashing because it’s the first gig I’ve ever worked that’s given me real hope and taken my mind of all the BS in my brain. It is so much fun and I am trying to hustle the heck out of it. Highly recommend trying it.
  • Horrible experience

    By Oración Seis
I’ve usually had mediocre experiences with door dash in general but today was the worst. On a 40 dollar order I placed I didn’t receive any of it. Instead I got a total opposite order and was given a 12 dollar credit!! When I tried to reach out to customer service I was instead put on an endless hold for an hour. Save yourself the trouble and use someone else.
  • Always missing item

    By ShyHoneyBee
This app is terrible. Food is always cold but whats worse is the order is always missing valuable items that were paid for and they give u a credit instead of your money back!!!And when you complain they dont even respond! Dont waste your money. DONT USE DOORDASH, use Uber eats or grub hub.

  • Never received food

    By rrsnever again
I ordered ihop through DoorDash. I do live in an apartment so I had to give the driver the gate code. I also told her if she ended up on a side gate we would have to let her in. We got her text she was running the order. After it was all said and done we never got our food. She said she tried contacting us. Also at the same time she did have thr gate code. She never even tried. We get no food and no refund of $54 including her tip. Can’t talk to anyone only email. This service is horrible!! I will use favor, Grubhub ubereats etc. never a problem.
  • Don’t lie

Really hate that companies continue to hide fees. You have hotels that hide resort fees, airlines that hide baggage and seating fees and then delivery companies that say you get free delivery but then charge you a $2.00 service fee. Sorry, but that’s not free delivery! Be honest and give us the truth. Loosing trust in all..
  • they try to hide their extra service fee

    By Nixtor
app in general is fine but you have to question their business ethics...they try to hide “service fee” as a part of tax. line item says tax and fee and if you open to check the detail, most of that fee is service fee....i decided to check once when i noticed my “tax” was like 30%!...this is on top of the delivery fee. i had been using the app since there’s a promotion for free delivery just to find out there’s this hidden service fee. when i compared the same items from the same restaurant against another similar app, the total cost was pretty much the same even after their “free delivery”!!! 🙄
  • Happy UberEats has real Competition

    By Lmckinley25
I was so excited this app had some of my favorite restaurants that didn’t deliver themselves! My driver on my first order was great! Arrived much quicker than expected! Knowing now how the service was I wish I had the ability to tip the driver more then I did, before the food arrived. If it’s a transaction related cost to only pull funds 1 time. I get it for a “start up” in the shadow of Uber Eats. But these drivers deserve to have the option to be tipped more IN the app. Otherwise the average customer won’t pay them anything that’s Worth their time. Best of luck, Happy your in the Milwaukee Wisconsin Market!
  • Nahhh..

Have to add tip before order, businesses on there that do not participate .. sticking to Uber eats
  • There is no way to reach them to complain.

    By daxcollins
I’ve used Door Dash many times, but they didn’t bring me all of my food this time and I can’t see another way to voice a complaint. The app doesn’t provide any way to comment on the service which is a problem. I will use another service from now on.
