    It works great for me. I have sent a lot of business to house call pro because I’m sold. Minor problems that I’ve ran into, pictures do take a lot of time to load. Mobile version could use some work.

    I am new to HCP and so far I love it. There are a few features I would appreciate though. A separate iPad app that supports Landscape Mode would be great. Since it is currently tailored for the iPhone, on the iPad everything looks blown up and somewhat distorted. The abilities to manage the business in the field and on the road works best for me using the website on the iPad due to more flexibility. There has been some growing pains associated with migration to using HCP from other software, but overall the customer support alone makes it very much worth every penny.

    I’ve been a user now for 4 years my feelings are just bland on this software it’s incomplete and missing so many features I’ve lost information on my jobs uncountable times after imputing the information you can’t go back in your calendar on mobile more then 2-4 weeks they took away the text to customer feature from the legacy users and when I called in they said it was 140 more per month for that now... I’ve been with house call pro from the beginning and it feels like they just don’t care about that there are so many up charge extras in this app you could literally be paying upwards of $500 a month... that’s allot for a one van operation. Sadly this is probably the last month I’ll be using house call pro I’ve just been to frustrated for to long

    We’ve recently been integrating to housecall pro as a business and my only complaint is it’s not really compatible with the iPad. I hope there will be an update soon so using the app on an iPad isn’t so difficult. The computer and phone formats are great, but considering we do a lot of work on iPads rather than computers, it’s a huge inconvenience. I can’t even really explain the format it’s in. I think it’s just the phone format zoomed in to fit the larger screen. I do hope this gets updated and fixed and hopefully the iPad will look more like the desktop version? Considering it’s a large enough screen to fit everything. Otherwise we’re loving housecall pro

HCP has made scheduling, managing customer and invoicing so incredibly simple. It has changed how we do business and is instrumental in our growth. Thanks HCP for some amazing software!     The app works wonderfully other than, the customer data base does not automatically update from invoices created leaving me to believe it is not fully integrated. I assume this can be fixed easily by someone who is far smarter than I regarding such matters. I look forward to the resolution.

    I’m sure there is a lot to learn, but one very important aspect of an all in one program is integration. They integrates QuickBooks online, and can sync your calandras, but a major update of allowing the customer to migrate over their current merchant services account to work with the program would have scored them a 5. Im am not a fan of their provider. Before choosing my current merchant services, researches a lot of companies, and my current provider is by far the cheapest with the most bell and whistles
