    With this app I can do everything. It’s saved me hours a day typing and making phone calls at the least. Once I put my customer in and schedule an appointment, at the touch of a button I can do directions, invoice, let them know I’m coming, you name it. I can give top rated customer service without stressing out or wasting a lot of time. Well worth it!!

    Best Service program I used so far. It grows with you/your company. Easy to use and very good customer service/support. Also, don’t forget to join the Facebook group. Everyone is very helpful and you can learn a lot about the program and business in general!

    Been using Housecall pro for well over a year now. The app on the iPad is horrendous. Doesn’t scale to the screen and has the same limited options the phone app has. Not every tech has the ability to carry a laptop. Cannot Create proposals in the app you need to be at a computer. I like to create a proposal in the customers home while trying to make a sale. Recurring service agreements are not great. And want to resolve any issues you might have?? No worries a robot can help you. I’m currently spending about $2500 a year on this and for that price you should call me every once in a while to check up let alone refuse to get on the phone with me to help me with an issue. Unless you want to upgrade your account no one will ever talk to you. Currently in talks with Service Line to figure out how complicated switching over would be. Unless HCP Wants to address their issues. Or at least make an effort to.

    If you want to cancel there is no way to do that on their platform. You have to email them and wait for someone to hopefully cancel your account. Absolute joke. Don’t waste your time with this company. Very unprofessional except when they are trying to sell you the program.
  • Missing basic functions for field techs

    Lacks basic copy and paste functions for phone numbers No force touch on phone number to allow tech to choose our phone system app to call with. Techs need to be able to mask their phone number with main corporate number, your addresses even allow my to choose my maps app. Need same functionality for phones
