Onlone way to describe this app, useless you are very limited on the things you can do and change and for some unexplained reason it keeps opening the google assistant app on my iPad. Is alway crashing. Im trying to connect to my group speakers from my ipad and there is no way to do it from the google home app. And the google home is crap, very limited functionality.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I have set up my speaker four times now and selected my default music and every time I ask it to play music it says I need more information please go to your Google app. There’s no way to ask anybody how to fix this. Thanks google great service
  • Compatibility

    By Gaweec
Needs to be compatible with more platforms. This includes music apps, the options are minimal.
  • I like, but lacks pizzazz

While I like the functionality that the Google assistant offers, their a few issues I wish they would resolve. My experience is with using Google Home with the Philips Hue (which I absolutely love). The visualization of the app is blah, squares are boring. The organization of the DEVICES under the Philips Hue is disorganized. It simply lists everything in alphabetical order vs by type or by room. I would like to see more flexibility in how this info is laid out. Allow a user to visualize their info similar to how the HUE app lays out the info.
  • Selecting songs to play

    By manju arasaiah
When I ask to play my songs which are on google play music , it’s keep asking to say the name of the device and does not identify the “living room google home” name I have given. It says I can play videos only on google cast or some strange thing. I can’t ask what’s your name to get it’s correct name too. Please fix some of these issues. Thank you! Manju
