    Been using the app since it came out years ago. It’s great and has evolved tremendously. Bugs right now: Apple ID sign in still not working, you get logged out if you open the app from a notification.

  • App is amazing, but missing Resistance Bands

    The app has been really helpful and the programs are pretty solid. I definitely want to continue using it, but I also want to incorporate Resistance Bands into the training that they provide. You currently can choose Resistance Bands as part of the equipment you have available, but the database doesn’t really have anything outside of Assisted Pull-Ups. If you guys could add this, it would add more versatility to your app.

    I can’t pass the final stage in other to start up a program because the date is not working. After selecting my date of birth, it still don’t get pass it. The date will not appear. What can I do about that.
  • Solid workouts, few improvements

    Just did my first workout in years and it started me in a good place and got me panting and sweating. I look forward to it helping me reach my goals. Only thing I’d ask for is push notifications. I have not been working out for years because I am easily distracted and simply forget to workout. I’d love push notifications to remind me to work out so I don’t have to put those reminders in my calendar app or reminders app.

    I did Freeletics for a month last fall because I was getting bored and tired of the same boring runs and ab workouts. I was relatively active when I started Freeletics and wasn’t worried about losing weight or anything; I just wanted a new challenge! At the end of that month, I had dropped a whole 10lbs and needed a whole new wardrobe because my clothes were too big. It was such a sweet surprise. Highly effective app with challenging workouts that keep things interesting!

    This isn’t a review but a question. When I first downloaded this app 3+ years ago it was strictly body weight. Now I see it’s got weights mixed with running and body weight. This makes me curious if this is now more along the lines of CrossFit now.
