    Updated: It has been a year now. The app is very effective for fat cutting. I use it for my cutting phase. If you want to build muscle, do weight training instead. Previous review: I have been training with this app for almost a year now. The training program is undoubtedly tough but very effective. And the result is real. However, the app itself is not very intuitive, so you have to learn all the moves and techniques before doing a workout. Otherwise, you have to interupt the session and go back to view the videos. Another downside is that the Couch 4.0 is a little easier. It does not push you to the limit as it used to do. It is getting boring after the changes. I love the God workouts better.

    Get the coach, it is a bit pricey but very good if you don’t have the time to drive to the gym. Any place great for doing the workouts, I do most on my garage or outside porch. The results are noticeable in short period of time you will see your body changing, but the most important thing about doing all the workouts as they recommend is one gets in a very good shape really fast. Keep up the good work and please develop the app for Apple Watch.

    So, I've had free latex for the last year and a half… And I am about level 38 as of right now. And, what I can say is that it is an excellent app I use it in conjunction with other regular bodyweight workouts. And I've only used the free version, which consists of 10 workouts. For which I've done everyone except Zeus… this is a highly stellar app, for which I would highly advise you take advantage of. Even if you just use the free version, like me. I would like to buy the full membership. But just don't have a lot of money. So, long story short, I would highly suggest this app!! ;)

    This app has been one of the greatest tools for exercise that I’ve ever used! Have been working out consistently with it for 13 weeks now! I love the results and I love that it is simple to use and doesn’t require equipment other than the occasional chair or pull-up bar. Also, most of the workouts are between 25 and 45 minutes which is so helpful for my busy lifestyle! Even with how short the workouts are, they are really hard if you’re doing them honestly and following the counsel given by the coaching program. I highly recommend the coach. It’s pricey but nowhere near what a gym membership would be. I just wish there was an Apple Watch app! (Hint hint) All in all I love this app and I’m looking forward to using it for a long time!

    Very annoying how you are forced to stretch even when you don't have time. Some exercises don't have a No equipment option and you can't skip them. Very unreliable

    When I go to renew subscription on app I get an error message that shows “Restoring Failed” auto renew for $80 and can’t access it is very frustrating. Waiting to hear back

    Anyone can come up with these excercises but these guys have pulled key elements for improving fitness fast setting achievable goals that increase intensity and workload while making sure the user gets feedback as well as using input for a virtual coach. A+++
