    I’ve been out of shape forever and hate the gym. I thought this might be a stepping stone to help me start getting ready for the gym. In just 3 weeks of doing this every day, I was seeing results! My belly roll was falter and my clothes were already fitting better! Forget the gym, this helps tone what I have and is manageable for my busy schedule and for my small amount of motivation to workout. By the time I’m feeling like I want to give up because I’m tired, I’m already done for the day!

    I did crew (rowing) as a sport for half the year but I needed something that would make sure I don’t get out of shape and this app was an excellent tool to help do that. The workouts would often be on par with crew circuits and really helped stay in shape.
