    Just don’t do it. Signed up for this tonight and now I’m stuck with it. For my $12 per month, I cannot send a text messages unless I upgrade to the $22 per month version. I cannot cancel online. I’ve tried calling the 24/7 customer “service” line to no avail.

    I haven’t been able to use this app since I’ve installed it almost six months ago. It still does not let me call out. And now I have tried logging into the app as a return user, it tells me that “Network Unreachable”. It’s a useless app.

    I have the app settings in place to notify me when a new message is received. I do not receive any notifications. I have to open the app and search and that’s a disappointment.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH EVOICE OR ITUNES FOR THIS APP! Between the company and iTunes this app extremely disappointing to use. I purchased the app through iTunes at the $12.99 amount. It worked fine for a month. Two days before it was scheduled to renew my bank account was charged for the renewal payment. The next day my service was suspended meaning no access to business calls or texts. I called Evoice at 10 am. They (Evoice) said they had not received payment and that I needed to contact iTunes. I then immediately began the painful task of contacting and connecting with iTunes. After multiple disconnected calls, iTunes told me that they received payment and paid Evoice AND that I needed to contact Evoice to correct the issue. So for the next few hours I went back and forth between Evoice and iTunes blaming the each other. Finally telling them that the issue needed to be fixed between their systems because I OBVIOUSLY COULD NOT FIX IT! I offered each of them the proof that they gave me showing the payment was collected. Finally, I had to discontinue my subscription to this app and service with iTunes and go direct to Evoice which in itself was not a real issue. What was ridiculous was that on top of this I had to pay an up charge of 3 dollars more a month because Evoice no longer offered the plan they allow through iTunes! What!? So from 10 am till 5 pm exhausting an entire business day, this issue was only partially resolved. Ok. I did that only to find out in a few days that I no longer have sms messages in the package! So I called Evoice and they said that that is an additional $3.00 monthly charge and there was nothing they could do. They offered me to speak to a manager that would call me back in 24 hours as their policy is managers do call backs and are not available for immediate response. WHAT!!?? Up charges, poor communication with vendors carrying the app, poor resolutions that impact the end user negatively with additional charges! No thank you!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. Canceling this App and deleting! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

    After using this company for almost 10 years on and off now, I am very disappointed in the service especially, the customer service reps. Who by the way, all sounds and behaves like drunks. Evoice is a loser company that keeps getting worse every year. Do your self a favor don’t use this company. I am going to call my lawyer to sue them, spend thousands of dollars in advertisement and can’t get a proper working forwarding number. Just don’t think about this company for your business.

    We’ve used the app as a second contact and it’s a perfect fit. Try it first and call if you have a problem and I a technician will walk you threw it. The professional voice make is awesome. No regrets and no complaints

    I have been looking around at phone services like this. I signed up for an account with ephone on Friday. It’s Sunday now. I logged in to check it out. I went into text messages to try it out. It said text messages was not available and to contact support. I didn’t want to cancel support to active text messaging on a paid phone service! One would think text message would be an option you didn’t have to call and activate! I want to cancel my account. You can’t just cancel your account. You need to contact support (shocking). I did about 2 minutes into the cancel conversation I accidentally closed the chat. I went through all the BS again to get to a chat person. He told me my account was closed. I said I had not received a confirmation email. I waited for them to respond. I said “hello?”. They said that because the chat was closed on the users end, there was no confirmation email sent to me. I asked them if they could resend it. They said that after this current chat ended that there would be an email with our conversations sent to my email address. An hour later, I’m still waiting. It seems like other people have commented on the lack of customer service with this app. I completely agree. I would suggest you go look elsewhere.

    Horrible customer service! no one seams to know what’s going on or completely incompetent. I had my business line shut off for a $50 custom greeting charge they couldn’t bill to my iTunes account. Was told by first agent it was iTunes and to add a new cc, second attempt next day being 3 days with no business line that I’m aware of made by a clients accountant trying to reach me to pay me..! I was told they had no permission to access my iTunes for the added charges. So I tried to pay them the measly $50 dollars and they could process two different credit cards and turned on my business line for 24hr’s and again shut it off. No one called me back only one response online from a Ben who told me to call customer service which I had done past few days to no avail due to me being kicked out of there computer system because they had no billing zip code since it was thru iTunes. Again I tried leaving voicemails , emails, and no one calls or returned any messages in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend going to there competition if I ran my business the way they do I’d be outa business or have absolutely no integrity which this company has non. I switched to LinkedPhone this morning after reading there how many great 5* reviews
