  • Good app, hate the ads!

    App has potential. Definitely motivated me to start running. But there are issues! What is the difference between the free and pro app? I still see “upgrade to premium” ads on the pro version which is very annoying when I want to document my water intake. And I initially started with the free version but also paid for the pro version of the app. Is there a way to import data from free app to the pro app? What’s the point of paying money to buy a PRO app when nothing about it is worth it?!! Update- figured out how to synchronize between free and paid app. You need to register for a red rock account or use your Facebook account. But the ads on the pro app are still annoying.

    I paid for the premium and I notice that the music is always the same.. I play one play list yesterday and I played the same list two weeks later same music no new mixes...

    I enjoy the application and workouts but the constant annoyance of being asked to upgrade to premium is ridiculous. I paid for the app, I don’t want to be asked 10 times a day and when I open if I want to upgrade to premium.

    I actually love this app, and I hate running. I like how it is an interval training plan and gives you manageable times for your fitness level. I haven’t purchased premium but am considering it.

    Great app to keep you on track. I wish it would announce all things you set it up for. For example, I set it up for event announcements, but it doesn’t tell me, say, when it’s time to walk or cool down.

    I’m annoyed that I paid for the pro version and still 50% of the app is locked to me. Ugh don’t spend your money! There are hundreds of free apps that can do everything the “pro” version can do.

    I love this app. The running programs are tailored to your fitness level and yet still challenging. I have never finished a program until using this app and I went from barely being able to run 200m at CrossFit to a 5k in a few months. It works!
