    This app is really helping me train with intervals more accurately. Whenever I try to do them myself, I get sidetracked by the slower pace and just want to run instead. 😆 This app makes me stick to the program.

    I always wanted to become a runner. I am doing the running for weight loss walk/run interval training plan and I love it. I have more energy now than ever and the weight is falling off. I now look forward to my runs. The trainer motivation really helps keep me going too.

    I really like this app but when I use it on my watch there is a glitch where if it’s week 4 day 3 it makes me do the week 4 day 2 workout. It won’t change.

    Let me say that I love this app. I use it 1-2 times a week to get some running in my workouts. I’ve probably used it for 2-3 months now and twice, it has stopped working mid workout. Usually it happens when the auto update person tries to alert you at the same time as the “trainer.” I’m not sure how to fix this. Again, it hasn’t happened much, but it definitely ruins my workout mood when I count on it and I have to keep looking at my phone to see when I’m supposed to run/sprint/etc. I won’t give up on it, just hope it stops glitching!
