  • They trap you

    SOMETHING THEY TRY TO HIDE IS THE FACT THAT YOU WILL BE BILLED EVERY 6 MONTHS. If you are not sure if you want to do it, after your two week trial SURPRISE! You’re billed for half a year. They do not make that clear. If it would have been clear then i wouldn’t have been this angry. Also they always say to message your goal specialist and when I did to ask questions about this I got NO REPLY. No help. Nothing. So I did some digging and find out that they billed every 6 months. This is a joke. Don’t fall into this trap.

    This app is a scam. They say you can “cancel at anytime” but sign you up for large chunks of time. I tried to cancel after a month and instead of just being out the $19 for one month of service, they said I was liable for $152 because I was signed up for an 8-month plan and they have a “no refund” policy.

    I truly never thought I would say I love a diet plan. But Noom is not a diet plan, it is a change in mind, soul and body. It’s been 4 weeks and I can not believe it’s truly been a breeze! I’ve lost 6 pounds, this is not a sprint it’s a journey to a better life, focusing on being present in today. Taking time to enjoy your meals, nourishing your body and brain😉. What a concept. Bonus great humor for daily inspiration and knowledge. I recommend with all my renewed heart, soul and body!

    Noom is a tool! The power is in you. Noom is not going to lose the weight for you. It is a good understanding of what foods should fuel your body with (green) and what foods you need to keep under control (yellow and red). Use the tools they give you and you have the power to lose all the weight you want!

    I’ve been wanting/needing to lose weight for about three years. I’ve tried WW and Nutrisystem. I lose is a few pounds...then my motivation. Noom is teaching me the psychology of weight loss. I look forward to opening the app every day to see what I’m going to learn next...and I’m losing weight! Love it!

    I have tried several other weight loss options that claim they can also help change your eating habits for good, but after several weeks on Noom I finally feel like a permanent lifestyle/eating change is possible. The research and suggestions that have been shared are so helpful and as I have implemented them they have helped. Although my focus is to live a healthier and more active lifestyle, I am excited that I have lost 9 lbs in the first 5 weeks. I would definitely recommend Noom to my friends and family.
