This might be useful after you graduate and are preparing for the NCLEX. I got my subscription to help me study for my exams in my program. Unfortunately you cannot limit the content of the subject area to just things that you would be tested on so I’m finding a lot of questions that are irrelevant to my class at the moment. On top of that, it’s an expensive subscription. So it might be worth the money for a couple months after graduation. But for a student, it’s just not worth it.

I paid the $119 for the upgraded package. The money was taken out of my account and never was upgraded. They pretty much stole my money

I have had this app for throughout college and nursing school. Once I started really studying for the NCLEX it was super helpful. Walking in on exam day I felt confident and prepared. I passed the NCLEX in 60 questions. Good luck!

I downloaded this app a while ago and paid for the question explanations and access to all of the questions. It has made on-the-go studying so easy! However, I have noticed that the questions aren’t all great. For example, I had a question about a cardiac implantable defibrillators, and in the explanation under the correct answer it said “Call the healthcare provider if the device shocks you and call 911 only if ” and below all of the answers it simply said to call 911 if the device delivers a shock. I love the ease of use of the app and all the information I have access to, I just am worried a little about the accuracy of the information.

Great app. Definitely my most used app as a student and as a working nurse to stay on top of my knowledge.
  • Other options are available

This app may be free but if you want access to explanations you will pay $29.99 a month or $119 for the year. My suggestion is buy or rent the study guide and use flash cards. If you are serious about nursing you will be studying the material and paying for the information anyway.
