  • Latest fix to disaster update another disaster

    The app open for a few seconds and then closes. I can’t see any of my calendar events. Once I can get my events off of the calendar, I will be canceling my subscription.
  • Update is terrible

    If it’s not broke don’t fix it. What are you guys doing? The update is a dumpster fire. Please let me revert back to old version? I’m freezing up, none of my appointments are showing, and I just paid a decent amount of money to renew.
  • Time to give up on Hub

    The app has had issues before. We have been paying subscribers for over two years. My fiancé was ready to give up on Hub last year. The app would take forever to open on his Galaxy phone and wouldn’t synchronize and update my activity on his account and vice versa. But I was used to Hub, and was too lazy to transfer the information to a new system, and thought that if we gave it some time, it would work itself out. The latest update has completely disabled Hub for me (iPhone). I can’t even view my calendar, let alone contact the support team through the app. I am able to open the app but as soon as i touch anywhere on the screen it shuts down. I removed and reinstalled and had the same issues. Seems like they put more work into the updated logo than functionality. Timing on this problem is unbelievably terrible - our wedding is in four weeks and we use Hub for all of our scheduling and planning. This is a breach of trust that cannot be forgiven. My fiancé emailed the support team about the issues I have, from his app; all we have from the support team is an auto reply stating that they hate auto replies.

    MAKE SUNDAY THE FIRST DAY OF THE WEEK AGAIN!!! When I saw an update yesterday, I was hopeful. And....nothing fixed at all. Dropping it and finding another calendar. Can’t do this anymore.
  • It should be 0 stars...after the latest update

    The update has made the app completely unusable.... we finally decided to make the switch to a different calendar system and move ALL our entries over manually and cancel our subscription. What infuriated me though is they just charged the annual subscription fee a week before the update!!! There is no easy way to find contact information so unsure how to even escalate this and request a refund.
  • Keeps crashing after update

    We loved the app until the new update! Now when we login the screen freezes and won’t work. We tried multiple accounts on multiple phones the app just crashes! It is useless at this point. How do we get a refund?
  • Aweful update

    Way to update and make a wonderful app absolutely awful!!! From adding new users and having to scroll through all of the country codes to multiple steps in adding to your to do. This is not faster!!! It’s less productive than pen and paper!!!!
  • New Version is Horrible

    I was so happy with this app and recommended it to everyone. Now with this new update I lost all events after May 31st. I am sooo upset and extremely unhappy. How can this be fixed?
  • Update lost me as a customer

    Our entire lives were on the hub, I used it for everything! Then with the new update I can’t even get anything to load at all. Days of the week now starts in Monday’s which throws me off but not like it matters because I can’t add anything to calendar or lists. I deleted the app because I can’t use it all, and the sad thing was I’ve been premium for years.

    Since the latest update my calendar doesn’t work at all, sticks on the home screen and not all my events are there! Can’t figure out how to contact anyone for support either! There is NO contact us in my app settings!
