  • Would be great if it worked

Seems like a great idea, but too often the app won’t start. When it does finally start there are multiple parts that crash it. I’d be a happy subscriber if it simply worked consistently

I’ve paid for this for sometime, but it never goes anywhere past the loading screen. I just have forgotten to cancel the membership, jokes on me. 🤦🏾‍♀️

This app stopped working the second week. He hasn’t been able to do anything on it. I’m not happy either.

My kids really enjoy using this app and after the first week I can already see how well they are progressing in identifying letters and numbers. However, I am the only person with an apple phone in my house and it’s shared between my three kids. I am hoping with time this app can be compatible kids tablets like leap pads to free my phone . Thank you for the great kids learning app.

After a frustrating start to setting up the account, the app is actually the best child learning app we’ve used so far. Lots of great content . My 4yo loves listening to the songs (and so do I). The learning path is fun and engaging. So far it’s worth the subscription.

It was cool after I downloaded the app but now when we try opening it, it won’t open. It loads and then returns to the home page.

This app does not keep track between devices. If my child uses it on one device, and then logs in from another device, they have to start from where they left off which could be many many levels behind. This frustrates an already struggling child. I want to motivate my child, not frustrate them. Furthermore, this app rarely loads the first time. I’ve never reset a device so many times and more often than not, it doesn’t load at all. This app has many many any glitches and was probably released before it should have been.

When the app worked I liked it for my kid, but the app stopped working so what good is it to pay for a subscription you can't use?
