    CRMs: I’ve tried them all. After trying most other options, I decided to subscribe to Cloze , as it is the best for me. As a solo practitioner with three different active business, with different email addresses, deal types, clients, leads and prospects, Cloze gives me the ideal multi platform tool to bring it all together and make me VERY productive; a follow-up machine!

    I have tried Cloze several times over the years and keep wondering why. This is not a very good system and there are so many better options available.
  • This is a dreadful app

    Be careful about getting trapped in this app. The developers seem more interested in trying to add clever new features than in fixing the multiple basic flaws that range from inbox losing old emails to attachments no longer being available to an incredibly complex way of emailing to lists to being unable to save attachments directly to whichever folder one choose to a myriad other basic functions that are essential for an email client. I regret having become trapped in this bunch of rubbish.

    It is really innovative and I really came close to upgrading. My only issue was without the ability to search email it was not going to work. Our email is IMAP and I guess their software can’t search imap like other mail programs. Will try again when this is implemented. Great start though, I like what you’re building. Only reason for 3 stars is that is a necessity for businesses that manage multiple email domains. Thank you!

    I’ve used this app for about 3 years. As an Outside Salesman working with homeowners and residential home builders I have a lot to keep track of and follow up to do. CLOZE really helps me stay on track and scheduled. I use follow up items daily and track my sales trends through the “Deals” feature. Like anything, it’s only as good as the information you input and you have to input religiously to get the most out of it. I’ve learned to add a persons name after an introduction and set them up in the system for sales now and later. I like using the delayed email feature too and know when a customer opens up my emails. Often, I will notice someone who reopens an email I sent months ago. When that happens, I like to call them or send a note to them touching base. This timing often leads to a new sales opportunity. The app is not not perfect but it’s been great for the most part and it does help to set me apart from other salespeople I compete against. I’d love to see CLOZE add a project management aspect to the app. It would help me schedule out action steps better if they did. Also, if I have multiple “Deals” with the same customer the app doesn’t do a great job of keeping details separated in specific information buckets. Information tends to bleed together too much. Searches for files and old emails are a breeze and probably one of the best features in the app.! Syncing of devices is very fast and I can flow from my phone to my iPad to my laptop seamlessly. If you want to be more organized and need more sales I recommend this app.

    I’m a new real estate agent and before that I had no idea what CRM was. My office is small and they do not have a CRM for agents to use so I was left off without any tools. I tried many CRM softwares but as a complete beginner, I was very confused about how they worked. Until I found Cloze, it was so easy to use and very robust data tool. I was dreading input data from my phone to the software but Cloze did it automatically. It’s integrated into my phone, email and computer, so they’re updated simultaneously. I love how they stream lined and systematized everything for me so I can start making calls to my contacts right away! Also they’re customer support is really helpful. I’ve been recommending Cloze to all my friends!
