  • Constantly Slow, Won’t Open or Freezes

Worst app ever. Gannet keeps raising subscription prices and has not done anything to improve this service.
  • Unstable

This app either needs to be fixed or just removed from the App Store. It has always been somewhat problematic but with the new release of iPadOS, it is difficult to keep it running long enough to get through a section of the paper let alone an entire edition. At a early tester of iPadOS I tried to reach out to the app support group early on to advise them them they had a severe stability problem. My concerns were met with perceived indifference and apparent apathy. It is sad to think that the existence of an entire newspaper is betting its future on maintaining its readership and its ad revenue on its ability to successfully deliver digital content and this is the quality of app that is provided. The irony is that from a feature and functionality standpoint, this app more than adequately meets the readers’ needs. It is both shortsighted and inexcusable to ignore the quality of its reliability and stability.

This app won’t load. It wastes precious time making me wait for it, staring at a white screen. It constantly freezes, makes me resign in, tells me I have no internet connection when I’m on full WiFi and has blurry portions on pages so you can’t read it. AWFUL!
  • It has become the worst

This app once worked fine but now it locks up to the extent that requires a reboot of my IPad, some material is unreadable, and it continually requires me to sign back in.
  • Very poor user experience

This app worked pretty well when I first started using it several years ago, but now it freezes nearly every time I use it. Downloading it and using the app offline has stopped working properly. I use it almost every day but I’m questioning continuing my subscription as the experience is very frustrating.
  • Latest update freezes continually! Unusable.

This used to be just what I wanted - an online version of the print paper. It had some bugs, but nothing huge. Unfortunately after the last update I can’t read it! It freezes continually. I couldn’t get through even a few pages this morning. Yesterday was the same: I had to keep closing the app and reloading it the whole time I was trying to read it. Please fix it ASAP! An unreadable online paper is useless.

I was driven by the consistently poor performance of this app to write my first app review. This app doesn't load the daily paper at times, or asks me to re-sign in. Annoying. I am paying for the subscription to Gannet. You can do way better than this.
  • Liberal garbage.

I stopped the paper for a couple years but decided to try only the Sunday edition. This is such a sick one sided liberal paper that the hate for Republicans and anything conservative is so obviously you don’t even try to be unbiased .
  • Absolute worst app I use

By should not be so hard
    Always something not working properly
  • So far ok

Why in the world can’t you include an option to share articles via text?
