Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable.     This is the first day of my quit and the app is helping. What I like is that things are updated in real time. So, instead of smoking, I can distract myself. 4 stars (3.5 would be more precise) because I wish (i) That the dashboard was more configurable and mainly because I would love for it to connect to a “quit smoking forum”.

    Love this app. It helps me track progress (physically and financially), so I feel Successful with my quit every day. I love being able to easily share my progress with family and friends too, for even more support! I like seeing my health improvements the most. I don’t really use the diary because I have a journal that I’ve found more helpful for keeping my hands busy, but I think diary entries about quitting are very helpful and an important part of the process so I’m glad it’s available for those who don’t want to hand write in a diary or journal.

    Quitting smoking is incredibly hard. Outside of the popular quitting tools, i.e., patches, gum, etc., this app reminds you why you are doing it. It focuses on health and financial benefits. I would give this app 10 stars if I could.
