This is the stop smoking app that science built. Over 20 different, evidence-based, techniques to help you become - and stay - smoke free. See how much money you've saved, how many cigarettes you've not smoked, how long you’ve been smoke free, how much life you've regained and how your health is improving. Log your cravings, get tips on dealing with them, use the map to see where they congregate, the notes to see what patterns can be identified and the graph to see how they're decreasing. All this is free to use and entirely free of ads. If you need extra help giving up smoking our missions could be just what you need, as they’ve been proven to double your chances of quitting. No other app can promise you this. We proved the missions worked by performing a rigorous scientific experiment. As far as we know, this is the first ever randomised control trial run entirely within an app. Its success means we want to run many more and our goal is to constantly make our app more effective This is all entirely voluntary and you can download the app without taking part in the experiment. Your data will be kept anonymous and you can delete it at any time. But we really hope you do take part because everyone who does will help the quitters who follow. So do yourself a favour by quitting smoking. And do your fellow smokers a favour by helping them understand how it’s done. Weekly Subscription If you choose to subscribe you get access to all elements of the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase and subscriptions automatically renew each week unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The subscription costs 99p (or local equivalent) per week. You can manage your subscriptions in the iPhone Settings app and you can turn off auto-renew by going to your Account Settings .Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchases a subscription, where applicable. I have tried to quit smoking on various occasions and I have always ended up failing after a few days. I got this app because it made me accountable for myself, I had to complete my journal entries, and it would notify me for new achievements. This app has helped me through cravings, and has shown me that I don’t need to smoke! 10/10 would recommend this app!

I’ve downloaded the free version last year and tried several times to quit. The app indeed helped, showing you the progress on your health and allowing you to add cravings every time you have them. I decided to pay the price for the full version and didn’t regretted at all. It’s worth every penny. I’m smoke free still. Every time it gets harder I reach for the app, to remind myself on how long I’ve been smoke free, of all the benefits being smoke free. And even if you do break and have a cigarette, the app will give you options on how you want to proceed from there! Love it!!
  • Love.

I’ve been smoking for 17 years. Excellent and extremely helpful. Third real quit attempt is currently maintaining strong. Tons of good tools for when demons come calling. Get a hobby and quit smoking, you junkie piece of shxt. You’re going to die. —————— Update: I am officially 35 days cigarette free, and have not relapsed in the slightest since my quit day on June 10, 2018. This application was critical for ensuring accountability to myself. It provided guidance, hope and techniques for dealing with the insanity which gave me the strength to persevere. I’ve especially liked using the craving and severity graphs because it gives me insight into mental and physical response patterns associated with detoxing over the long term as well as the incident-specific triggers. It made it easier to deal with when I could anticipate my rage schedule. Quit attempt #3 is strong as ever! You need to quit smoking now because you’re going to die. Don’t die. Save yourself.
