    Please fix this app. It is impossible to read one page before it crashes again. Update!!! They will help you if you have issues of any kind. This is now just as great as ever! Thank you for such a lovely magazine.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP Supposedly all was restored, but it's gone. How do I "un " update???? Submitted the above review, got a msg from them, only to find it it the EXACT msg they give everyone; insincere lip service. It is insulting to readers who want to continue & would have bought extra issues. Went back to paper issues.

    I am desperate to get my old special issues back into my Library. I even tried buying them again, and a window pops up to say “ you have already purchased this. Would you like to download it again for free? “ I click yes, and it defaults back to “ buy this issue.” I see many others are having this same problem. These are expensive purchases, and Victoria and Hoffman publishing needs to make this right.

    They should refund subscriptions. It’s essentially stealing as there is no content provided for the subscription fee.

    I’ve lost all my previous downloads, and I can’t access any of the issues I’ve purchased with my subscription. The email address associated with my account wasn’t recognized as a user, despite signing in to my iTunes account through the app. ....I want the old app back.
