    This app is no user friendly app. I had to delete this app and when I downloaded the app back to my phone I couldn’t get the magazines I had purchased . This also happened to me once before with the same app a few years ago

    I purchased a year subscription and cannot open new issues without it wanting me to purchase it first. Horrible app! Going to ask for refund.

    This app is not very user friendly I have found. Every time I open it it asks me if I want to restore my issues and that it may take a lot of bandwidth. I thought when I downloaded an issue it was installed locally on my iPad. It's very confusing. Also not sure what you are supposed to do when finished with the magazine and are at the end. Can't seem to find out how to go back to the beginning. But I love the recipes and photos in this magazine.

    A year or so ago I subscribed to a 6 mo. Subscription for $10.99. It keeps renewing but won’t let me download the magazines. It offers a single issue price for $4.99 not $1.99 as this app states. My favorite magazine and I can’t even access it even though I have already paid for it. Very disappointing.

    If I could I would rate zero stars! This update corrected nothing! I purchased the subscription one week ago, emailed and messaged you, but still am unable to access even one issue to read. I am only given options to purchase( which I've already done ) or preview. I am extremely frustrated. I have purchased several printed issues and enjoyed them, which is why I wanted a subscription. Digital is my preference. You offer this option but have not delivered the product. Please refund my money as you have failed to provide adequate services to your customers. All reviews have said the same exact thing.

    I just updated my app and now none of my previous purchases are available. I love this magazine but am very frustrated at being unable to restore my purchases. Please fix this!!!

    As bad as the previous release of this app was, at least one had access to their paid subscription. My annual subscription just renewed, yet I cannot access my magazines. Time to request a refund.
