  • Cancel with a phone call?!

    By SarMihal
I signed up for a free trial through Daily Burn. I went to cancel only to find out you have to call to cancel. This is clearly a ploy to keep people’s money by making it difficult to quit.
  • Life saver!!!!

This is my first time writing a review, I felt so important to do so for this App. I am a huge advocate of meal planning, it saves you so much money AND sanity during the week. However on a weekend morning finding recipes, prepping my week menu, then getting the list together took a while - then off to shop... I felt it was taking my whole day off. Then I found this amazing App!!!!! The menu had delicious meals, and really gets you out of that rut of “the same old same old” after printing my list and hitting the grocery store I was in and out and my bill was very close to what they estimated I should spend for those 7 meals! So in closing I LOVE THIS APP AND THINK EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE IT ;) saves time and money! Thank you eMeals.

Awful. Stay away. MC app as well as website
  • Unable to change categories

    By llcjay
The list feature is a pain to use. It sorts things into weird categories (shredded cheese and milk in “refrigerated” instead of “dairy”), and you can’t edit the categories for better sorting in the future. It also lists weird measurements for things like chicken broth, like a 48 ounce carton of chicken broth, which doesn’t exist, at least not at my grocery store. The meal planning feature is decent, but it doesn’t make up for the extra time it takes to mentally sort the grocery lists to make sure you don’t run around the store for more time than it should take.
  • Return customer

I used this years ago and cancelled. I loved the meals, but trying to find all the things on the list was a pain. Even though they made it pretty simple. Then, my doctor had me go low carb. So it was no longer a fit. Now they have low carb and it's linked to Amazon Fresh. So easy to pick your meals and only have those transfer to your list. My groceries are still around the same price I'm used to spending and the meals are simple and taste great. So glad for the improvements. Happy return customer.
  • You have to call to cancel free trial

    By HS5 User
Irritated that I have to call. We are happy with the dinner meal plans.....so far all the dinners we chose were a hit. I selected the lunch option during the trial to see what was there but you can’t remove it. Trial was ending then I determined there is no way to cancel online or through the app. I will not be joining for this reason. Dirty practice to take advantage of people trying out your product. You have a good thing why do this?
  • I absolutely love eMeals!!!

    By Harvested Clown
Upon reading reviews people have left, I see that eMeals has corrected a lot of what was wrong. Or improved, because the things I love are the suggestions I have read that people have. The meals are delicious, I love that you can bounce back and forth to different plans. For recipes and a different vibe. The grocery cart is an awesome feature. My one suggestion is a way to sinc it with MyFitnessPal so I can track calories. There is no easy way to load it into that app, to get a accurate nutrition breakdown for those that track. It's does offer it's own breakdown at the bottom of the recipe, so you know what you are consuming, but if you are tracking in MFP you can only add the calories you consumed and loose the breakdown of macro nutrients. It would be great to have, but I love this so much, it's not a game changer.
  • Great and easy recipies

    By Mabelrella
Love the recipie ideas, grocery list and clear and easy directions. I am on the low calorie plan, and so far, about 75% of the recipies are keepers. A few suggestions; It would be great if there was a way that you could add your own notes at the bottom of a recipe. I'm always adding or ommiting something, so would be good to be able to remind myself what worked and what didn't about the recipie. It would also be nice if you could cross out a recipie once you had tried it or decided it wasn't something you weren't going to make. Then when you are looking at past meal plans you can easily see what you have left on that particular week. Maybe that's just my own ocd need to cross stuff off!
  • Needs a plant based option

    By WindyStorie
I really like it and it makes meal planning much easier. I just wish that there was a plant based option... not just vegetarian.
  • Fix the App!!!!!

    By thehunter7
So we renewed our subscription through Apple and it says we did, but the app still says we don't have a subscription, and now the app is useless and we are out $60
