    I use this app frequently to record interviews for stories I'm writing, and it is well worth the $10 for the premium version. It's easy and straightforward to use, and I've never had any app-related problems with calls not being recorded, being dropped, etc. I love that I can connect my calls to the app a few different ways, and it's always pretty seamless. Playback quality is decent--occasionally things will be muffled or quiet or static, but that could be a phone-related issue. My biggest complaint is that occasionally--more frequently in recent months--my recordings take a long time (sometimes several hours or more) to process, and I worry that I won't be able to access my recordings in time to meet deadlines or that I will lose recordings altogether. Sometimes the issue works itself out, and other times I've had to continually follow up with support staff, but the issue gets resolved one way or another. When this happens, though, it's very stressful and frustrating!

    This recorder is a great support to calls that can be recorded. It is easy to use, there is great clarity, and it work every time. It is my human error to not merge the calls.
