  • I tried dozens of todo lists and task managers...

    By Cnotejbird
This app is incredible! Finally! Easy to use. Nothing fancy. But it works! Didn't even purchase premium yet. 💪 Praise to the developers.
  • Greedy!

    By RYNSB
28.99 dollars a YEAR! That is outrageous I don’t care how good the app is. There should be a one lifetime license and that’s it. For the current subscription model it doesn’t work for me and hence the low rating.
  • The best cross platform To Do application

    By Bustapalapano
I am an avid user of Windows, Android, and iOS, and this is the best task manager that works on all of them, hands down. However, the lack of a “sort by date” function in iOS ONLY is totally breaking the experience at the moment. Also, they should consider stealing the forecast from OmniFocus. If you are looking to sync your To Do List between your android phone and iOS device, this is the best way to do it.
  • Notifications??

    By Sugalump101
I like this app a lot but it never gives me notifications and I really wish it did. I turned the notifications on for the app and I’ve checked settings so many times yet I never get any notifications... what should I do? I really like this app yet I never get any notifications for the things I put down.
  • Good App, Bad Business Model

    By Shepard13
I’m not getting the subscription model for some businesses. This is definitely one of them. It’s a good app, but it is not worth $29 a year. FOREVER!! It’s a todo App, and in order to make money they want people to pay them $29 a year FOREVER just to get pro features like REMINDERS? Seriously?! What is the point of having a todo app without REMINDERS? I get paying them $29 ONCE for this app, but it’s not worth paying them $29 a year FOREVER!!! What are they going to do, update a new way of doing reminders with each update?? What makes this app worth $29 forever?? It’s a todo app. There’s not a bunch of ways they can go to improve what the app does every year outside of fixing bugs. This is a bad business model for this app. I get paying for the app one time, maybe even paying a reduced amount when they update it afterwards, but paying them $29 annually FOREVER is just keeping them in business with very little return for the customer. The App Store should not be used as WELFARE for little programming companies. Sell your app. Sell updates to your app. But I’m not paying you $29 a year FOREVER just so you can stay in business when there are other apps out there that do the same thing just as well and some even better where I purchase the app once and get all of the functionality without having to pay a WELFARE fee for the company.
  • Not so good

    By Quark Gluon Plasma
Based on functionality, and using a grading scale with A high and F low, this is a C app. The outline format is strange: you only see sub-projects in the side panel. New releases are often buggy. There is not much evidence of thoughtful design, but it does the basics. However, the "free forever" version is crippled and nags mercilessly. The annual fee is high, and there are better free alternatives, and much, much better cheaper ones. Overall, a D.
  • Synchronization is off

    By psimon88
I really wish that these folks would fix this feature. It is very frustrating to have to consistently mark a task as finished on four different devices.
  • Task Limit?!

    By kalez
I’ve loved this app from the moment I downloaded it and subscribed to premium... that is, until I reached the dreaded 200 task limit. Especially for a paid subscriber, I should be able to keep as many tasks as I would like in my inbox.
  • Phone login issues

Todoist has been working great for me on my desktop app for Mac.
  • add background app sync

    By appleuser90507
can you please add a feature so the app syncs in the background. I have Todoist on my mac and use it often, and I’d like my phone to sync with my computer.
