  • New update horrible

    I like the old update better. I also want to use my chromecast and now it’s taken out!!! Bring it back please. The app looks exactly the one on the website. Bring back the old one so I can cast it through chromecast just like the other streaming apps.

    App is worst, as if there's always latency. Contents are great but the app itself is a trash. Better find ways to fix it since lots of people are engage into streaming platforms. Also, on iwanttfc.com, the Live channels does not load up.

    Your new update to your app has taken away the ability to cast to our TV. There is only an airplay option. Your new layout is terrible to navigate as well. Why do you keep making your app worse?

    Bring back the old update… I cannot cast to the chromecast anymore. Also, the app is not the same. It’s like a mobile web version you’d get from the internet browser :/… even removed the ability to not be able to download shows anymore too… very very bad update

    I was so excited to subscribe to I Want TFC app. I did, but to my dismay, I could not watch the most recent episodes of the shows. They have no 1-800 number to call. I tried emailing them, but I got no response from them. Well, what else is new with Filipino developers? They are there to entice you to subscribe, but they’re out of reach when you have issues with their apps! I might just cancel my subscription if I don’t hear from them.

    Was hoping to see all the Abs-cbn shows in here. I don’t know why I can’t watch PBB I’m in the US but was told you can only watch it in the specific countries. We need explaination why $12.99 mostly is not worth it for me I only watch weekly night shows and hoping for PBB please fix

  • Service issue

    We’ve been having the same problem with our premium account for the last 2 years. It keeps kicking me out from my premium account, even though we’ve been paying in a monthly basis. It keeps asking me to upgrade on a premium account I even went to your office in Daly City, there was no one working a the receptionist desk, and your telephone customer service was not able to help me also. I had to cancel my subscription everytime I had the premium account issue upgrade , and had to resigned again, just so my wife can watch your premium account.
