  • Small Issue

It won’t even let me log back in. Overall it was a good app.
  • Problem

    By filipinazel
I had a tinder account and one day outta nowhere I just couldn’t log in it anymore and I don’t know why. I didn’t do anything to it. I loved using it but I’m upset that this happened.

  • This App became a huge scam!

    By tindernever123
As many users have described already, I was unexpectedly banned from Tinder one day without any warning. I contacted their support email, and concluded I would’ve been more successful with talking to a brick wall. If this app banned you, that’s it. I got banned this past April, and have made several accounts since. The only way to do that was to make additional facebooks, which seemed wrong at first but based on my utter confusion and annoyance I stopped caring and did it. Obviously they all got banned too. Oh how this app is such a great big scam. I haven’t been on tinder in months while my friends are swiping happily and meeting new people all the time. I know there are other apps: bumble, hinge, etc. However, I found the quick causal conversations of tinder were extremely effective in meeting new people. This app used to be great, now, it’s just a waste of time. Save your money with this app- go out to a bar. P.s. Yes, I’ll be reposting if I notice this is removed. People need to know what they’re getting themselves into when using this app. AND ESPECIALLY WHEN MAKING IN APP PURCHASES RIGHT BEFORE BEING BANNED FOR NOT ONE REASON.
  • Disgusting company ... yes, truly :(

Update: what is truly repugnant is to see Apple recommend this app and become de facto an accomplice of their shady business ethics.. But Tinder’s lack of morality is starting to catch up with them as more and more disgruntled users are describing their experience. I know how tiring it is to do it... so imagine how bad it must be to motivate so many. Proof of that immorality? Looking at today’s upgrade, it looks like Tinder is still blackmailing users into releasing their whereabouts to the company, by blocking access to the app if location information is turned off. The issue is that people who have initially joined and paid did so at a time when sharing location was OPTIONAL.. Speaking for myself, I would have deleted the app if sharing was mandatory. And then little over a month ago, sharing your location became MANDATORY.. no geolocation, no access, regardless of when you subscribed. So for people who paid long subscriptions ahead, it means pure BLACKMAIL: forfeit your private info or loose your money. Come on Apple... Put your weight behind Tim Cook’s ‘touching’ plea for people privacy to be respected, and STOP TINDER from practicing extorsion with your support. Original: By ignoring the issues your bad coding create and preventing people from using a subscription they PAID FOR, YOU ARE ESSENTIALLY STEALING MONEY!! The app very regularly has issues, but THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE COMPANY BEHIND IT: THEY HIDE, IGNORE AND RESPOND TO NOTHING!! Reader, dont get fooled by the ‘write to us’ message from the developer at the end of this post, this is just for show.. the reality is that away from here they ignore the problems.. and there are many. Here is what the company does (can prove it all): * # DAYS WITHOUT SOLUTION 50 (yes, over a month since the login problems that lost my account started) * # CONTACTS WITHOUT RESPONSE 10 * # LIES ABOUT CONTACTS ON SITE 50+ (yes, others have also described how the app lies about fake interest it reports for the purpose of pushing users to pay. But the company does it so stupidly, it is easy to prove the app is lying about it) Fortunately, in my case Apple stepped in and tried to alleviate the inconvenience created by the lack of professionalism of Tinder. Thank you Apple!! To the developper: I wrote multiple times to your so called support .. even replied to your cookie cutter ‘here is a page that does not contain any solution for you, but at least we can say we did something’ emails.. twice .. each time ignored by your side.. the point is, you have done nothing! And other people should know that it is what you do.
  • Banned for no reason!

    By tdz161816
I used to love tinder for dating since, well, it’s the most popular app and therefore the best potential for results. I’m a serious guy in my 30’s who pays for add-ons all the time and I’ve been banned for no reason. I keep a modest profile and never speak inappropriately in conversation. I went to sign back up last night while at sea for work and the only thing I can figure is because of the text verification (no cell service) I’ve been banned. You don’t ban someone for that, you make sure it wasn’t a screw up and you fix it. I’ve read so many stories of technical issues getting people banned, it’s absurd. Help people, don’t punish them and lose a customer! I’ve emailed support and I get their canned message about violating terms of service. Really? How about the scammers and bots that I had to wade through while PAYING for your app and services? If I receive some type of resolution from their support or customer service team I’ll adjust this review but otherwise it sticks that Tinder has the most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered. Maybe some letters to other consumer advocacy agencies are in order as well....
  • Worst Customer Service

    By Nilderdaboss
They literally have the worst customer service. I’ve been a premium subscriber for the past two years so I pay for all the extra crap they have to offer. Two years not one issue and bam! Out of nowhere an A:40303 message. No warning. No explanation. No refund. No anything. Multiple emails to them and nothing back. I’m positive they absolutely don’t care about consumers at all. Go download Bumble or Hinge. They have a better app and have 100x better customer service. It’s no wonder Tinder is grasping to try to regain popularity. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Tinder Developer please give us a way to see someone is active on their account. I seen account that was made back in 2015.
  • Advertising

    By Nikk28293
Tinder now places ads in your inbox that can’t be deleted. Are you kidding me? That’s so annoying and it’s such an insult to the user. Ads that can’t be removed in an app that’s already so overwhelmingly bloated as an experience is just off-putting.
  • Logs me out

    By Dnsnsna
It stopped working. Constantly logs me out. Then takes 20 mins to download my messages and until then it doesn't work because the app is pretty much frozen Not to mention that Tinder is known for discremenation against transgenders and blocks their accounts
