  • Lyft comes through!

Lyft is consistently less than Uber, & the drivers are the same nice people. Rarely have I experienced a negative driver. Only negative is that they are not available in all overseas cities! Couldn’t use them in Australia & New Zealand. The competition with other ride apps is healthy, & Lyft should be in every city that the competition is driving!

Your policy of needing 2 credit cards on file to “verify billing info” is absolutely stupid. It is impossible for me to use Lyft because of this.

I was over charged due to road blockades. Lyft needs to refund me the over charge. The blockades were not in my control.

I really enjoyed how simple and easy it was to get a ride. And not to mention how great the driver was.

I really like this company. All the drivers, Lyft runs this is superior to taking a taxi. Thank you for providing this service.

  • Unfair practice

They charged me a cancellation fee because in front of the LAX (LA’s super crowded international airport) I took more than 3 minutes to find my driver. The driver canceled and I paid the penalty. It’s just absurd. I had to pay a penalty for the shortcomings of Lyft because it failed to provide accurate directions. No customer service at all.

  • Damage Charge?

Driver claimed I did damage to the car when taking out my suitcase. Without due process or the ability to defend myself, Lyft charged me $100. Drivers for sure are more important than passengers
