  • Mute Function. Questionable

    By Grapple4apple
I like this app. It's call quality is great. Bucket alerts and balance is precise and archiving is a plus. However, the mute function doesn't always work when you think it is. I have an iPhone 6 and work from home. Some calls with executives are too important to miss so I've been recording some of these while contractors are coming and going inside my home as they work on various things. Well one of my associates, who knew I was having new floors put in in a day last week, proceeded to tell me the heard the hammering, sawing and pneumatic nail gun. I tested that I was using that function correctly and I was. Then another day I got word they thought they were at a construction site.
