  • Can’t connect to Apple?

    By MaggyPauline
I have been trying to purchase another burner number, but the app rejects the purchase because the “connection to Apple won’t go through.” I don’t understand. I put in the correct password and my method of payment is up to date. I simply don’t understand why this is happening. I have since found out that the app debited my bank account twice, but still has not provided me with any service that I requested. How can my request be received successfully enough to where my money can be taken, but not good enough that the app can’t provide the services it claims to be selling? My Apple account is up to date. I’m going to dispute these transactions with my bank.
  • Functional and Inexpensive

    By Kaylinmaa
Great app, albeit a bit buggy. Oftentimes it doesn’t register when you’ve read a text, so it leaves it marked as unread. It’s also very frustrating that you can’t send videos through the app. Besides that, can’t complain.
  • Paid but no credit! Can’t use it

    By Sales4lee
I paid for the one month unlimited plan, and yes I checked with my bank and it cleared. Yet I login to the app and it’s says no credits and I can’t create a phone number. I wrote to customer service and got an auto reply saying they will try and get back to me in 48 hours? As I’ve tried everything I can think of they have sent me at least 6 verification codes and no change to status. Very frustrating
  • They are figuring out how to block

    By Shap08
A lot of companies, like Twitter, seem block these numbers and not accept for account creation.
  • Bad customer support

    By Idontneedanicknameiswear
I changed my phone and synced all the data, and this app wasn’t able to handle it. They simple deactivated my account and the support asked me to contact legal, and never heard back from them. Finally got frustrated and asked support to delete the account, which was done immediately. They are probably doing well, so a single account is no issue for them. All this happened when I had some text conversations going on while I was selling some items, and it was super inconvenient.
  • It’s okay

    By PhatPJ
Cool having multiple phone numbers, with some downsides. Pros: -Keep your primary number anonymous -Multiple phone numbers for excellent price -Can use burner number for messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram Cons: -No group text (if your Burner number is used in group text you don’t receive a message) -In-app calling over data doesn’t work if the app has been idle in background for 30 minutes -No Dark Mode -Cannot change text tone (defaults to Tri-Tone) -Have to send pictures one message at a time Since getting Burner I’ve used other 2nd phone number apps which I feel are superior and offer group text, flawless in-app calling over data, can change the text tone, etc, but the numbers I have with Burner are well established at this point and hopefully these downsides will be remedied.
  • Stalking Ex

    By Brad Cathers
Yes. My ex has been using this app to stalk me for the last month. I would enjoy not pressing charges or fearing for my life Bc of this app.
  • GREAT APP FOR A 2nd phone line !!

    By Mr.V XXIII
Great app better than line 2 and every other burner app I tried, which is most of them 😏. Very reasonable prices and have a huge selection of phone numbers in any area code you want !!!! A++++
  • Super good service so far!! Ty guys!
