By are you playing a joke?
I have been using Norton software for over 30 years. I still feel they had it right on a windows PC except for the constant pop ups during work and play. On my new Ipad Pro and my Samsung Tab 2 it’s a JOKE. Before I installed on my Ipad Pro I owned a speedy excellent tablet. Ever since I installed Norton Security, Norton Password manager and several other Norton Apps my Ipad can NOT run any slower!!! Also, for the most part I use my tablets in landscape but Norton DOES NOT ALLOW THEIR APPS TO BE USED IN LANDSCAPE. What’s up with that? When my subscription is up after over 30 years goodbye to all Norton software.

    The app recovers nicely.
  • Got ripped off

I paid for the service and never got it. They charge my credit card for the Norton security mobile and I never got my VPN.
  • Ongoing technical issues

It’s great when it works, but it often freezes when trying to approve an “unlock request” or attempting to login by my thumbprint or password.
  • This app works when it feels like it.

It decides to work sometimes. Pretty worthless
  • Couldn’t do without it

Have been using the app for many years. Been a Norton user to protect all the computers in the house and my work. When they first announced it, I signed on and got rid of the paper in my back pocket with all my usernames and passwords.
  • Can work perfectly but is too often unavailable.

About half the time it is exactly what Norton promises but just when I need it most, poof I get thinking circles either on my laptop or on my phone but it will not let me in. Sometimes the laptop thinks it sent a good request to my IPhone and the other times the iPhone thinks it got it and gives me access but the iPhone app keeps the thinking circles going for as long as I am using the program I gained access for.
  • App features sound great but don’t work.

All features including, VPN, Password Manager and other features are just not ready for prime time and still seem in effective. Have been working on getting my VPN to work on IOS for a couple months with customer service promising to research my technical issues but to no avail. Very disappointed being that I am currently a satisfied Lifelong Lifelock customer. I was told they would add two free months for my trouble. Like I mentioned before, my experience with customer service and technical support (both Tier 1&2) have proved underwhelming. Does not seem ready for prime time. Not sure if customer service and technical support is even located in USA. So troubling that all support personal appear to be out of the country. Would like a refund but probably will not be able to recoup my expense for this service.
