    I’ve been in therapy since I was 5, so I’m pretty familiar with the ball park. Now that I’m in Uni, I can’t see my therapist as often as usual, but I saw the 10$ deal Headspace offered and decided to use it. I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of techniques that I learnt in therapy on the app! (Eg. Grounding, breathing exercises, visualization). Although not a replacement for therapy, it helps tremendously. If there is anything to improve on, it’d be this: - Allow the user to choose between voices. Not knowing whose voice I get puts me on edge because I can’t find familiarly. (Although all the voices are lovely!) - Background/white noises for every meditation, not just sleepcast’s. The silence is unnerving sometimes, and I never know when the speaker will pipe back up. -a soft noise at the end of a meditation. Something like a chime, just to let you know when you’re done. Then the meditator isn’t worried that they’ll miss the speaker again. Outside of these few scenarios, it’s an amazing app! Well done!

    Three years ago I was very depressed, had a great deal of anxiety and fear due to the loss of my daughter. Didn’t know how I could overcome this grief and the deep sadness that came with grief. Was looking for meditation classes but there are none in our area. That’s when I found headspace online and it literally changed my life. I was able to stay in the present and control my circular thoughts and feelings. Thank you headspace for all you’ve done for me and for those around me.

    This app is so good I have to so much especially when I have so much anxiety and I’m that type of person that gets very distracted when they’re trying to go to sleep and this just helps my body get in the mood like you need to go to sleep and I do it’s really amazing go download it it’s so good

    This app is amazing. Love the voice that walks me through my meditations. Will consider subscribing. I get excited for my daily sessions and there are three, five, or fifteen minute options. Can also replace the Breath app on Apple Watch as your way of taking a break.

    Headspace is wonderful and I absolutely recommend it to everyone! Prior to using headspace, I was suffering through debilitating anxiety attacks that limited my ability to function on a daily basis. After going to my doctor and realizing I didn’t have a medical problem, I decided to try meditation as a way to relive my crowded mind. In headspace, the playful animations make me smile and feel peaceful, the guided meditation sessions work and help me to clear my mind and essentially focus on being in the present moment. Now, even on my best days, I still tune in for a session of headspace because I absolutely love how it has helped save my life, and regain control over my anxiety. Thank you so much Headspace! Worth every penny if you have anxiety like me!

    Headspace is a wonderful app that I've been using for years. Mindfulness is one of those rare things that I've found to be practical and effective in helping change my relationship with living in this world. No magic, no b.s. Just a way of being present in your life and the lives of those around you. A way of uplifting yourself and your community without bizarre dogma. Beautiful. Jeremy
