    In case none of you guys know who does the voiceovers, his name is Andy Puddicombe. I love him so much he has a few YouTube vids as well . He is also on instagram I subscribed btw how could I not subscribe? I think you should too and I want to thank Andy and all of the other people who make this wonderful app. And, yeah, I’ll admit it, I smirk every single time his accent shines through. For example: Andy: bla bla bla (says the word floor and u can hear a u in it lol) me: completely forgets to breathe deeply and I laugh like it’s the funniest thing ever even though it’s not. 😀look Andy I’m not mocking you it’s just that ur accent is adorbs!!!! Ps ur my idol and I blush every single time I hear u and I try to tell someone about u. I can’t do it I love u so much!!!! Yea, I’m laughing right now as I write this review. Oh and guys, his kids are ADORABLE!!!!! (Also, he only asks you to take a deep breath in the beginning but I’m just trying to be funny.) On YouTube I’ve went from annoying orange to Headspace and I hope that I will email Andy and he’ll answer me back omg such a big fan. I’m only 15 btw so yea, with autism, it was hard. And Andy, pleas forgive me for admitting this, but around 7 years old I for the strangest of reasons, I hated deep breathing. Aaaah!!!! I’m so embarrassed but hey I was young do I didn’t understand now I’m hooked to Headspace. Ps: if your looking for something else they will work, what’s also helped me is the book Angry Octopus by Lori Lite. That’s where my mindfulness journey really began. I STILL LOVE YOU ANDY!!!! And yeah, it’s for younger kids, the book. But no... I don’t mind what works is what works but Headspace more thanks so much!!!!

    I have been doing Headspace for a little more than three months. I’m at 44 days because I missed one while on vacation. I can’t really point to a sole benefit. Rather it’s a mixture. I feel more comfortable in myself. It’s helped me to embrace a new lifestyle at age 73. Do it. For yourself and others.

    Finally came to the realization that I have, and have been, suffering from general anxiety and it does seem that this meditation may be working to relieve some of this stress...not there yet, but progress appears to be occurring.
