    I paid the $19.99 for the Premium subscription. But after getting a new phone and then attempting to restore the purchase DOZENS OF TIMES, it just gives me a different error msg every time. I’ve contacted the apps support MANY MANY times in attempts to resolve the issue but I haven’t received a SINGLE reply. Literally not a SINGLE reply. It would be one thing if it were just $.99, but I paid you $20... so provide the services which you offered and I paid for.

    This app was never updated and now 50 personal pictures that meant a lot to me are lost forever. How do I get those back why would you do something like this. I recommend people do not use this app!

    I was starting to finally adjust to this new version. It was spotty in the beginning, took the update a loooooong time to restore all my photos (from old app). But, it was finally working for me (new app). Then I tried to "move a few of my photos, to a different folder", and now the app wont stop [CRASHING, every time i try to open it!] So it's like the app has deleted everything. I CANT GET BACK IN! PLEASE FIX!!

  • After 5 months waiting for support I cancelled my Subscription

    You sign up for Premium and you think you would get attention. Not the case. After 5 months still waiting for an answer (I am patient) I ended up cancelling Premium. I got a response from Support something like "are you surre you have the premium version" ... I sent other messages but never heard back from them, so I decided to stop wasting money and cancel. Go with the free app, do not sign up for Premium. *In case anyone actually reads this, I have two Apple IDs in different stores, but I decided to leave this note on both, to help you guys make an informed purchase decision on either.
